I called them on a Saturday and they told me that someone would be here the next day. The guy who came wore bootys in the house so he didn't track anything in on the floor. He finished the work in 3 hours. He kept us informed every step of the way.

I got the estimate and the salesman hounded me for about 24 hours, calling about ten times (half of which he left messages). The hard sell was a real turnoff.

He was very helpful. We will definitely use this company again.

Overall it went fine and he was really good. There was no problem at all. I found them on Angie's List and I would recommend them to others. They did a good job overall.

They were totally great. They responded quickly and worked with us on the time of day when we could be here. I was confident in their knowledge.

They were punctual, professional and took time to explain what they were doing and why. They also had excellent recommendations for cost savings.

The first technician did a good job, the second technician did not do the work as was explained by the first, had to come out to repair the work he had done and did not explain well the reason he needed to come out. We have not had problems since. He came out the same day to fix the problem.

John Cannelle came out, and explained everything that I needed to have done and why. Gave me a choice of options. John was very experienced and helpful. The day I signed the contract they filed the Mechanical permit with Brentwood and did the entire job the very next day. It successfully passed the Brentwood inspection the following Monday. I called two weeks later with a problem with the thermostat. They came out the very next day and replaced it at no charge. This was in mid June at the peak of their season. I am very pleased with their service.

I called several companies getting estimates. They originally gave me an estimate over the phone. I called back to ask about the leak on the roof so they came out to give a more thorough estimate. They were responsive to my calls and arrived when they said they would. Their estimate was comparable with other companies. I choose them because they would install a Carrier unit and they answered my questions thoroughly. They were able to schedule the installation within a few days of my decision and they arrived on time. The man who came out to install the unit was friendly and professional. The overall experience was very positive.

They arrived on time to do the installation. I would use them in the future. They were courteous and kind. They were very professional while working. They were knowledgeable.

We first had them see if our old system could be repaired. They did a couple of obvious repairs, but it soon was clear that it needed replacing. The sales rep came out the next day to discuss options. He was very clear and didn't try to push the most expensive options. After we decided on our choices, he was very helpful in explaining things like financing options, how to obtain available rebates, etc. Our work was scheduled to be done 3 days later. On the day of installation, the workers arrived promptly at 7:30 am, and worked steadily until completion around 5pm. They seemed very knowledgeable and efficient and worked as quietly as possible. They thoroughly explained how everything worked, etc. They were careful to clean up completely afterwards. Our new system seems to be working great. I would heartily recommend them.

My experience was very positive with minimal time required to get the job done. Had called over the phone for an estimate and since it was under the amount that I had expected, I decided to go with them and not call any other companies. I work full time, so I do not like spending so much time on household projects with phone calls, etc. Requested a 7:30 a.m. installation as that works easiest with my work schedule, and they were able to accommodate me within 5 working days. The worker showed up right on time and was finished with the job in under 2 hours. Everything was very professional from start to finish.

I had water leaking and knew something was wrong. I have had Air Comfort do some work before and I trusted them from that visit, so I called them again. They came out the same day and came on time. They figured out what was wrong and ordered the part. The part came in the next day and they replaced it then. I have an old system, so they really had to work with it to get it back together.

Salesman Steve Ryan is great to work with & extremely knowledgeable (and patient). Crews were professional and very well orchestrated. Can't say enough good things about that variable speed blower! It runs continuously and economically on a speed that is so low I cannot hear it. It circulates the air in the house 24/7; the result is very little dust in our house anymore! No more dust specs floating in sunbeams & I only have to dust every three weeks or so; really great! I've only used the furnace once, but when I did, the 2 stage burner operation was so quiet I didn't think the furnace had come on & had to check at the register, then I noticed the house was warmer; very nice. Now the downside, the Puron ac compressor is LOUD, especially when it first comes on. I've been told that's the way they are and there is a special silencer blanket for the problem; still looking into that. Overall, a first class organization.

Air Comfort Service Inc. came on time and did a very thorough job. He was efficient and professional. We liked that they called first to let us know when they would be coming. Our home has 2 1/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We're pleased with their service. We pay them an annual contract.

When Air Comfort came out, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan in the furnace. They recommended against fixing it, since it was over 20 years old and it would be easier and cheaper to install a new one since parts were hard to find. Since they came on a Saturday, they gave us a few tips to get the fan going until they would come back on Monday to replace the old furnace. They were just a bit late on Monday but certainly not too bad.

When they came, they worked very quickly and they were professional. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and returned the next day with everything he needed for the unit. He did a good job and he even called ahead of time to remind me when he was going to be here. I can not say enough good about them.

I was impressed by how quickly they were out to our home after I called them. They were there within two hours and had the air conditioner up and running again. I thought their price was very fair considering how fast they came. We have used their services for 3 to 4 years and we also have a yearly service contract with them.

I was really impressed with the thoroughness of their checking. I have had other people doing the same thing before, but no one has ever been as thorough as them. I can't remember how much I pay, but it's over $100.

Air Comfort Service has been great to us. They are the ones that will call us when it is time for service to remind us and set up an appointment. I only pay one time a year and they come for the check-ups and also if something goes wrong. We always use them when we need something.

Air Comfort Rep. came out and determined that my AC compressor was blown. They told me that it would cost almost as much to replace the compressor as to put a new outside unit in. Their 2 ton Unit's were $2000. They really wanted to put in a new unit in vs replacing a compressor. When I asked for the compressor cost, it was $1550+freon 2-3 hundred dollars. I told them I would have to talk to my wife and I would call them if we wanted it fixed. They wanted to do it the next day, it was an urgent job to them. My wife and I thought it was a high price, so I looked on line and found the compressor for $755 and a certified person to do it at another list for $200+freon. I then called another Ac company and they checked my system out and said the compressor was blown. The next day they sent me a quote for $900 for everything and a warranty on the new compressor. I had them fix it and I have AC for $1100 less than Air Comfort wanted. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I called at 7 am to report my AC was not working. They called ahead when they knew the repairman was on his way; he arrived within 2 hours of my initial call, and the job was finished within 20 minutes.

Several short power outages in the space of a few minutes stopped my air-con units from operating. I assumed it was the capacitors that had failed due to the short stop-start cycles. I checked the breakers and they seemed good. What I didn't know is that not all circuit breakers trip to the middle. Some just get "loose" and barely move! Terry clued me into a 20$ coupon in the yellow pages, and also answered some other questions that I had. A very good experience with this company!

The technician was prompt and very personable. He quickly found the problem. The capacitor had blown and needed replacement. Since one of their technicians had just performed our summer A/C tuneup and cleaning 3 weeks prior, we were not charged a service call fee. We paid for the part and for his labor. I was thrilled they fixed our A/C so quickly, since we expect to see temperatures rise to the mid-nineties this week. Before leaving the technician took time to pet one of our cats, who took a real liking to him.
