Description of Work: Very prompt response (half-an-hour) to a call for a heating malfunction. Impressive. |Identified & repaired (& charged for) a repair in the basement. Then charged $250 to install a $30 (non-programmable) thermostat (on top of service call and other repair charge).

Description of Work: The tech was here to fix my furnace. The flame detectors were dirty and the furnace wouldn't stay on. The whole service lasted about half an hour. No parts were replaced, just cleaned. I paid 175.00 which to me, seems rather steep. Overall I'm happy my furnace works again, I just wish it wasn't that expensive for just half an hour of labor.

Description of Work: my heat and AC did not working properly. AC stopped for a few days, I got Air comfort service to looked at , the tech Mark did something, he only kept complain that our furnace is too old. i could tell he was always eager to leave and no interest to look further. after he left, the heat was not working. I called Air comfort back, the lady on the phone was very nice, she checked with the tech who said he can not help us any more and we should look for some one else. the lady on the phone offered to refund our service charge which was nice. later i found another company, the tech was very professional, explain to me everything and fixed everything which Mark said that nobody could help us. it also turns out what Mark told me was not correct, such as the breaker of the furnace, the location of the other furnacem, filter malfunction etc...So basicly I think the AC comfort service company is a good responsiable company with good reviews, just we were in bad luck to have a nonprofessional tech for our service call.
