A/C went out on the hottest week of the year. Had just purchased the home and the current Furnace and AC were over 30 years old...the Furnace was the size of a car! Air Comfort Service came in on short notice, turned around the bid in about 2 hours and was installing just over a day later. They did an outstanding job with installation and were extremely good about cleaning up and hauling away the old systems. I used them on a prior home and I will use them again if I ever have a problem.

They did a great job. They had to take two old furnaces out of my basement and up to the house. It was a major expense, but I didn't want to repair my 22 year-old air conditioners. I had a couple of other companies bid and the prices were almost the same.

The experience was ok. Initially they didn't do their research and they were going to charge me more. I told them the part was under warranty and they fixed the price. They are very punctual and available. The price was fine and we have an annual contract with them.

Excellent service. Technicians were very professional and did a thorough, neat installation.

Had a 5 minute phone conversation. They would only quote me an hourly rate and were not interested in even coming out to look at the property and give me an hour estimate. What gives? I guess they are swamped with other business? Anyway, I would consider them when collecting bids on future projects-but this time around I was not impressed.

They removed the old unit and installed the new one. They installed something wrong and they came out and fixed it right away. They cleaned up everything they needed to. They did a good job. It was a tough job.

They arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. They installed them with no problems, cleaned up after themselves and the heat pumps have been working just fine every since.

They are not very expensive and do the job very well. They give me peace of mind.

Air Comfort showed up exactly at the time scheduled, completed the job as promised, and left the area in spotless condition.

On a Sunday morning my air conditioner quit cooling and the house was getting very hot. I called the emergency number and within an hour someone called me back. A repairman came to my house in the next hour, refilled my freon and the house immediately started cooling down. Because it was Sunday, I was told they could not investigate for the leak. Instead I would have to call and schedule a service appointment the following week during normal work hours but that I would not be charged for the service call again. I was charged an additional $30 (total of $167) to have someone come out during weekend hours, which I was happy to pay in order to not have to endure a night with no air conditioning. The repairman was polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

We are happy with the work they did. They were very helpful. They were professional about getting the work done. They did the work in a timely manner.

We were pleased with the work and price, especially considering that we hadn't planned to have this fairly expensive work done for another few years. (Both the AC and furnace were about 20 years old, and we'd had a couple service calls during the past couple years during which the technician suggested we might want to consider upgrading our old units before too long.) First of all, we were pleased with the bidding process (we had 2 other bids): Steve came out and, after looking at our old units, explained the available options - including price-efficiency trade-offs - without much pressure. He was receptive to our request that he check for cheaper units that were slightly blemished (e.g. floor models), and his bid included options for an upgrade to a higher-efficiency model (which we declined) and additional sheet-metal work to improve the air drop (which we accepted). We were pleased that some blemished units were available, which reduced the cost substantially (and we don't really notice the blemishes). The two gentlemen who came out to do the work completed is easily in a day. This included installing a new (pre-formed) concrete slab for the outside AC unit as well as fabricating the new sheet-metal air drop on site (using machinery in their truck). They cleaned up thoroughly both inside and outside.

Technician did a very good job. In addition to the work, he gave me an estimate for an optional upgrade. He also discovered the pilot light in the gas water heater had gone out and re-lit it for me.

Technician was a very pleasant individual who was very careful performing a seasonal functional inspection of our Carrier gas furnace. He was professional in every respect. He observed the mail delivery vehicle in the area and was very careful to park his truck on the street so as not block our driveway or mailbox access. Overall, a very positive experience.

They did a great job. We were victims of a flood and needed a new heater and A/C system ASAP. I called Tuesday night and by Wednesday morning they were there with an estimate and were putting it in that afternoon. They did a great job at a price several thousand lower than what we were quoted by a different company. Plus, their installers were very professional and friendly. I'd use them again.

I called them on a Saturday and they told me that someone would be here the next day. The guy who came wore bootys in the house so he didn't track anything in on the floor. He finished the work in 3 hours. He kept us informed every step of the way.

I got the estimate and the salesman hounded me for about 24 hours, calling about ten times (half of which he left messages). The hard sell was a real turnoff.

He was very helpful. We will definitely use this company again.

Overall it went fine and he was really good. There was no problem at all. I found them on Angie's List and I would recommend them to others. They did a good job overall.

They were totally great. They responded quickly and worked with us on the time of day when we could be here. I was confident in their knowledge.

They were punctual, professional and took time to explain what they were doing and why. They also had excellent recommendations for cost savings.

The first technician did a good job, the second technician did not do the work as was explained by the first, had to come out to repair the work he had done and did not explain well the reason he needed to come out. We have not had problems since. He came out the same day to fix the problem.

John Cannelle came out, and explained everything that I needed to have done and why. Gave me a choice of options. John was very experienced and helpful. The day I signed the contract they filed the Mechanical permit with Brentwood and did the entire job the very next day. It successfully passed the Brentwood inspection the following Monday. I called two weeks later with a problem with the thermostat. They came out the very next day and replaced it at no charge. This was in mid June at the peak of their season. I am very pleased with their service.

I called several companies getting estimates. They originally gave me an estimate over the phone. I called back to ask about the leak on the roof so they came out to give a more thorough estimate. They were responsive to my calls and arrived when they said they would. Their estimate was comparable with other companies. I choose them because they would install a Carrier unit and they answered my questions thoroughly. They were able to schedule the installation within a few days of my decision and they arrived on time. The man who came out to install the unit was friendly and professional. The overall experience was very positive.
