Description of Work: I bought a special $118 for $250 worth of service. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and the garbage disposal re-installed in the new sink. I thought for sure the $250 worth of services would have covered this project but I guess I have no clue as to how much plumbing costs. I ended up paying another $148 on top of the $118 I bought. So I paid $266 but the true cost of the service was almost $400! | |That said, I will not hesitate to use Kevin Ginnings Plumbing for any future needs. They were fantastic. Since a couple of months have passed now I can't remember the name of the plumber that arrived that day, but he was on time, friendly, and answered all my questions. I'd purchased a faucet from eBay and he told me that there was a piece missing so he wouldn't be able to install it. I was freaking out because I was unable to function in my kitchen without a faucet! He suggested I go out that day and buy another faucet locally (and return the defective faucet later) and that he was sure the office could rearrange his schedule so he could be at our home the very next morning. The most amazing part is that I wasn't charged for that day's house call. He arrived the first thing the next morning and installed everything in a short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Description of Work: We had a leak from our garage ceiling. The first time they came out, they thought it was the toilet seal so he installed a new seal and caulked around the toilet. It still leaked so they came out 2 days later, and cut a hole in the garage ceiling. It ended up the shower faucet had calcium build up and it was spraying behind the wall.

Description of Work: He fixed our bathroom fixtures. He didn't need to replace them, but we had gotten quotes from on your list for $150. for what he did, and $250 with new fixtures. We had to pay him an extra $24.00. | |One man wanted to cut through our bedroom closet for $400.==not needed.

Description of Work: I had one toilet replaced and another had the flapper and water valve replaced. Both work fine. The toilet was a bit expensive but appears to be of good quality.
