Description of Work: The serviceman who came to do the job was very courteous and knowledgeable. He determined the service I paid for through the Big Deal was not the service I required. He fixed my problem and I paid for those services. I'm looking for a refund from the Big Deal service that was not rendered.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with this company. I had an issue with my hose spigot and had to turn the water to the home off. I bought the deal, called them, and they got a very professional man out in probably less than 2 hours. He quickly handled the install of the new spigot, which is way nicer than my old one and then also checked out my hot water tank and sump pump to make sure everything was okay. He gave me some advice on those items also. No pressure, just information if I wanted to have some more work done. Great company!
