Description of Work: Called to unclog toilet and get estimates on plumbing jobs needed around the house. I felt the quotes were rather high. On day of service, the toilet clog was fixed quickly. I didn't notice a mess when I hit home. I couldn't be there for the repair. Even though I explicitly stated that he was not authorized to initiate any additional repairs, somehow the communication lines got crossed and the tech did a repair that I only wanted a quote on. The unauthorized repair was not left tidy and caused some water damage in my basement. Fortunately, they waived the fee for the unauthorized repair.

Description of Work: Replaced stems in shower faucets when they would not stop leaking. They made an attempt to adjust them and when that didn't work they came back and replaced the stems. Credit from first visit was applied to 2nd visit. Very satisfied

Description of Work: Dale Ginnings replaced the outside faucet in front, plus replaced the turn-off wheel for the water system and got the hot water tank up to code. It seemed a little expensive, but I think the work was top-notch.

Description of Work: In additional to the outdoor faucet replacement, I asked to have a leaking pipe fixes. I was quoted $350.00 for the repair and accepted. | |No complaint on the service other burning a bit of a floor joist and in retrospect the price was obsessive. As such will not use again.

Description of Work: We had a leak from upstairs into our family room. It was determined it was due to the upstairs toilet. In the process the older toilet would eventually need to be replaced so we opted to do that, too. The serviceman was excellent, explained everything beforehand and was very clear with the options. We will definitely use this service again.
