Description of Work: I was expecting a call back due to my own initial confusion, so I was surprised when they called to say they were on their way. As it turned out, they could bring the toilet and I could be here when they arrived.

Description of Work: They didn't do all that we asked. We knew we had a clog and we're told he didn't have the proper equipment in his truck. Treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. Had to go and get another plumber that added over 10,000. To the cost. Will never used this company again

Description of Work: Very poor quality tub spout installed for over $325. Plumber had attitude that he could not satisfy me. Got no value for the prepaid Angie's list deal that I could tell. Would never use this company again.

Description of Work: I used a coupon through Angie's List for Kevin Jennings to install two new toilets. I had them purchase the toilets for me to avoid potential shipping problems and they gave me a decent price. They came with the toilets and installed them as promised with no delay or difficulty. They were very competent and professional.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the entire job. They sent a technition the same day we called about a leaking waterheater. He gave us pricing and we selected a new waterheater which he installed the next day.

Description of Work: They replaced tub faucet and spout as well as galvanized pipe in the wall behind the tub. I prepared the job by tearing out and repairing the drywall after the job was completed. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess, so the tub looked like new. I have other projects I will get them to do in the future.

Description of Work: I pre-purchased replacement of an outside faucet through Angie's List. The technician was polite and covered his shoes when coming in from the outside. He recommended some other plumbing improvements and offered a price list including a discount and better guarantee for a monthly fee. I wasn't interested in the other services at this time, but he wasn't pushy about them.
