Description of Work: $39 special for plumbing work - felt like a bait & switch. Purchased parts for sink stopper/drain that just needed to be installed and tighten kitchen faucet. Quoted price of additional $350. Kitchen faucet water flow was slow, technician suggested taking it apart and purchasing from manufacturer a part which would've been quadruple the price of a whole new faucet. Definitely would NOT recommend this vendor.

Description of Work: Replaced all water lines and drain/sewer pipes, installed new hot water heater and sewer clean-out. Remodeled main bath with new tub and toilet. Repaired water damaged floor. Installed tile on floor and around tub, as well as new vanity, countertop, faucets, grab bars, towel bars, shower curtain rod, exahust fan/light, vanity light and a new plug in. The new bathroom looks fabulous!

Description of Work: They were supposed to be here between 10:00 and 11:00. I received a call saying they had an emergency call and would be late. They didn't get here until almost 2:00. The guys walked around looking at everything I asked them to and then gave me an extremely high quote to fix my shower! A bunch of my neighbors have had the same problem with their showers, so I already had an idea of how much it would cost, and this company's quote was around $600 more than what my neighbors paid! I guess they assumed since I already bought the deal off Angie's List that they could charge me whatever they wanted and I would agree to it! I'm going with another company that one of my neighbors recommended and paying a lot less!! The guy also went on and on about how bad my water heater was and he was surprised it hadn't "blown up." He also took a picture of it stating it was the "worst he had ever seen." I honestly think he was just exaggerating to make me feel a sense of urgency to let him fix everything, which I found very unprofessional.
