Description of Work: Water spigot on side of house was broken. He asked to cut a hole in basement ceiling. I said, "Keep it 10" x 10" or smaller so We can put a utility cover over it. He cut is 10" x 12" and in a way that I can't put in a cover correctly. Then he said he needed to cut a larger hole in the celing and also cut the main rim joist that rests on the foundation in order to fix the pipe. I said, "no" and gave the $89 plus another $30 for the hole. | |I called a new plumber and he was able to fix the water spigot from the outside of the house with no hole needed. It cost $95 with parts and labor.

Description of Work: New sump pit and pump with siphon backup and 30 feet of discharge pipe. New battery for other sump pump. New hot & cold water lines & valves to clothes washer. Very satisfied with their responsiveness to my schedule. Messy job but no damage done to walls. Wonderful guys.

Description of Work: I wanted him to replace both of my outside faucets. However, he explained to me that he couldn't because the boxes had been stucco'd over. He was very helpful even though he could not do the job due to living in an HOA community.

Description of Work: They did well. Replaced outdoor hose spigot. Needed to cut into my wall to do the work, but mad the hole as small as possible and did it neatly to allow for a good patch.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater and two outdoor faucets. Called foe water faucets and serviceman noticed leaking water heater while in the basement. It was rusting out, which I did not noticed. They were able to fix all in one dae, one trip. Called to have a w/h I chose, in one trip. Cautious, wore booties, etc.

Description of Work: On a previous plumbing inspection they found that the sump pump pit had not been dug to the proper depth and that the liner had not been sealed so that mud was getting into the sump pump. They came back out dug the pit to the proper depth put in a new liner and sealed it. I also had a water driver backup pump installed so if the primary failed I would not have a water issue. THey were very polite, clean and thorough. I highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: $39 special for plumbing work - felt like a bait & switch. Purchased parts for sink stopper/drain that just needed to be installed and tighten kitchen faucet. Quoted price of additional $350. Kitchen faucet water flow was slow, technician suggested taking it apart and purchasing from manufacturer a part which would've been quadruple the price of a whole new faucet. Definitely would NOT recommend this vendor.
