Very courteous, cleaned up after job, and would use again.

It was a big deal and was supposed to come with a water heater flush too but after not being able to find why my water bill doubled in the last month (found what looked like an old leak that had self-sealed awhile ago - despite a detailed exam of all of the plumbing in my house) we forgot about it due to talking about the details that replacing/fixing the old leak. It seems that the only way to do that is to replace ALL the plumbing in my house and I got sticker shock and forgot about the flush. Oh well...For about $50 for a plumbing service call I still think I came out OK.

I had a clogged drain so I purchased what seemed to be a good deal through Angie's List. The deal clearly states $49.00 to unclog a drain. When Dale came out he said the deal was only to clean the pop up in the sink. I was charged an additional $74.00 to unclog the drain. The deal states nothing about cleaning the stopper. In fact, it clearly states $49.00 for unclogging one drain.

He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. In addition to flushing the water heater, he did a full diagnostic exam of our house. He gave great insight about the age of our home and the plumbing/sewer systems. He answered all of my questions about piping, water pressure, appliances, valves, water heating, leaks, drips, noises, etc. He even provided budgetary quotes to replace our water heater so we know what to expect when it finally fails (it's about 20 years old). We discussed traditional water heaters as well as tankless varieties. He also convinced me that flushable baby wipes are not flushable in old houses. I had heard this, but he explained why with examples from houses he worked on.

We have been using them since 1999. They know our house. They are professional and they get things done well.

On time, explained what was being done, service tech didn't know I was with angies list, charged him and offered refund immediately, did great job, and clean as a landlord, one of the best experiences I've had.

The service turned out well but their prices were high.

It was absolutely wonderful. My kitchen faucet actually became loose and that’s why I bought the big deal, and I wouldn’t have to pay a plumbing company $150 just for a service. They came in and they were wonderful. They taught me all about their company and the deals that they offer. I would definitely use them again. They did follow up with me afterwards to make sure that everything was fine, and they asked me if I wanted to sign up for any other services and stuff. They are a very professional company. The price was excellent because I had the big deal. They seemed very much in line when they told me about their other services and everything.

Very Well, I had been wanting to replace the drain valve on the water heater with one that i Purchased earlier . The gentlemen did that as well.

No rust or sediment found in my water heater so even though it is old, it is alright for now. I had been thinking of replacing it. Very honest and helpful. Well worth the $$.

The grinder pump went out on our sewage pump inside the house. We thought it was a blocked pipe or blocked vent stack. It was the pump. They snaked and put a camera in the line and found it was clear. The camera work cost $150, but Kevin applied that cost to the pump and then took another $200 off the price! Phenominal! The only down note was when they snaked the line, before the camera, the snake threw black sewage-like stuff on the bathroom walls and door. The guys ALMOST cleaned it up completely. We had to scrub the walls after they left and then disinfect. Overall a great service...Just a little messy.

Kevin was great! His dispatch team was also helpful and friendly.

Everything turned out well, and we were happy with the service. The two men arrived promptly, the scheduling was easy, and the work was done well.

It was expensive. I had to spend a lot more money. We had them replace some faucets and washers. The work was okay.

My bathroom drain had been slow then clogged for over a year. The guy came and worked really hard for several hours and finally the drain was cleared!! Yeah! He cleaned up and I was thrilled to be able to brush my teeth in my bathroom!

He said I needed a new water heater so he did not do the work

The plumber did a great job in their work, were very punctual in arriving to our house, were clean in their work, and very customer focused and friendly. We're pleased with the results.

We had a different Angies' List plumber look at this problem, and the results were awful. The plumber basically said either we cut into the drywall to install a new pipe with faucet ... that our house was old enough the handle was no longer made. My wife insisted he look into the possibility of finding a replacement handle. Plumber eventually got back (WEEKS after he said he would), saying the handle was unobtainable. I went to Plumbers' Friend on Wornall and purchased a $6.00 handle they recommended would work. When Gingings Plumbing showed up, he tried that handle but it wouldn't work ... he called his office and they thought they could get one in Harrison, MO, which they said they would send someone out with the part (this, KNOWING I was using an Angie's List!). Since this would take close to an hour, the plumber went to Home Depot in the interim, and actually found the correct handle for $5.00! I cannot say enough good things about their flexibility to solve this problem in an inexpensive manner. I would call them in a heartbeat.

He was here for 2 hours and did an excellent job with all tasks. He was informative and thorough. The prices seemed high but we're happy with the results and would use the service again.

We called this plumber because of an Angie's list deal--$79 for $200 worth of plumbing services. Kevin Ginnings Plumbing made an appointment in a timely manner. The provider said that they would be here between 8:30-9:30. We received a call letting us know that they would be late.They came within a half an hour of when they said that they would. There were two workers, and they stayed just under two hours. A $99 diagnostic fee/service call was charged in addition to the repair charges. Here is the work that they did with the prices that they charged: *Fixed coupling from sink to drain pipe-$149 *Replaced kitchen sink faucet-$526 (Moen Kit was provided by Ginnings. That model costs about $90) *Replaced outdoor faucet with a frostproof faucet-$295. (Faucet provided by Ginnings. That model costs about $60.) The work totaled $1069. The way that the charges were written on the bill was confusing. They subtracted the $200 deal out, but it somehow got added back in. We charged $1069 to our credit card. Later, I called and spoke to Dale (who made our service call) and explained that we had been overcharged. He did the math and agreed. They credited our account for the $200 the same day. That was impressive. That brought the total down to $869. Add the $79 in that we paid for the "deal" and the cost for these three repairs was $948. Pros-The work was done in a timely manner. They have a one year guarantee that they will repair or replace anything that they fixed that fails. Their professionalism is great. Cons-The prices were too high. Replacing a modestly priced faucet. for almost $600 is excessive. Would I hire them again? I liked working with them, but it would depend on whether I had a lot of disposable income.

When I called to schedule the appointment they told me they had someone in the Lee's Summit area who could do the work today. :-) She told me he would be here between 11 and 12. About 9:30 the plumber called and asked if he could come early. He arrived early and did a great job installing the valves. The work turned out great! We will definitely use them again, probably to install our gas fireplace logs when we purchase them. We heartily recommend them!
