The deal was $34.00 for service call, waiving the usual $100 charge. The service requested was to open up a slow draining tub, I was informed that would be an additional charge of $175.00. I DECLINED THEIR SERV IVE and was refunded my initial "DEAL" charge that I was initialing willing to forgo.

They check all my water valves to make sure it was no leaks. Flush my water heater and give me some recommendations on things I should fixed in a near future

Will be calling them again for a new install.

The guys showed up on time and were done in about 45 min. The spicket works great and I think it helped with the overall water pressure for outside watering, too. So glad for these specials from Angie's List. Also, I am getting my house ready to sell and will leave the plumbing info with the new owners so they know reliable people to use when they have plumbing issues.

Excellent service. Not only on time, but arrived early. Took plenty of time to inspect and answered all of our questions. Would recommend!

They do follow up services to see if everything is good. I would recommend them to anybody and use them in the future.

Everything went fine. The guy that came over was very professional and I could tell that he was just a good guy. I only answered that I would not use this provider in the future, because their prices were pretty high on other items that I got quotes on doing, but I'm sure that they would do a great job.

Very smooth. Dale was respectful of the floors keeping everything clean as he came in on a rainy day. He used an electric snake and unclogged a shower drain in about Ten minutes. He was very personable and I thought he did a very professional job. On the above review I gave a a B on punctuality because he was about 1/2 an hour out of our time window because his prior job ran a little late but I did get a call from their dispatch telling me he was running late. After the drain he did a full plumbing inspection and gave me a menu of recommendations with prices so I could consider what to work on next. (Aging water heater, old drain pipe replacement etc.)

I couldn't have been happier with this first purchase through Angie's List. This was also the first time we've used Kevin Ginnings Plumbing and I will absolutely use them again in the future. Dale was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his willingness to answer all additional questions I had not related to the hose faucet replacement. He fully explained the what and why behind everything we discuss along with a ballpark cost. I never felt like he was rushing any of the conversation and was genuinely interested in helping me gain a better knowledge of my home. Through our conversation Dale also gave me some great suggestions for future improvements we may want to consider at some point. He also gave me some great great tip on general/preventative maintenance. I never felt like he was trying to press an additional sale or push any additional work (unlike another local plumbing company we previously used). I would highly recommend Dale and Kevin Ginnings Plumbing to anyone in the Kansas City area. They will be our first call should we need a plumber anytime in the future. Thanks!

Process went very well. The workman was very personable and professional.

Stated a complete plumbing valve was needed, approx. cost $750+. Work was not performed nor scheduled. They attached knob wrong direction, now the hot is on cold; didn't replace water shut-off cover plate (left on floor after turning water back on).

It went fine. He came out on the scheduled date and got it done in no time.

It went well. There were no majors issues and the estimate for future work is for 6 months. The owner of the company then sent a very nice letter with coupon.

My issue didn't require any repair, but he immediately knew what the issue was. Turned out a previous HVAC company I used from my homeowners warranty last year (AB MAY..was never pleased with any of their service during that year) had turned a lever off by the furnace unit that shut off air flow to one side of my house. I was so excited that it didn't end up being a major repair! I will be putting in a low scoring review for AB MAY. But this company, Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Svcs, was GREAT! I'm a single mom who doesn't know much about major utilities and the tech was very forthcoming with helpful tips and information. The tech was very knowledgeable and genuine. I didn't feel like I was getting sold a pitch. He was telling me about a reasonably priced HVAC maintenance package that they have, which I have purchased. Highly recommend Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Svcs!!

The service tech worked on the drain but could not clear it but stated that another repair needed to be made in order to correct the drain problem. We paid for the additional services and the work was performed but it still didn't fix the clogged drain. At this point the tech told us that the entire system needed to be re-plumbed in order to correct the situation. We declined and the next day we were able to repair the issue ourselves with some very basic plumbing skills. The tech seemed convinced that there was something systemically wrong with the plumbing but it turned out that it was truly just a clogged drain and they just never found the source of the clog. I don't believe I would hire this company again and I would warn others to beware of their diagnostic capabilities.

Great service and let me watch so next time I can probably do myself. Great service and expertise albeit a bit on the expensive side for 90 minutes but that may be the going rate as first time we had to use a plumber.

I called them and the receptionist checked to see if Kevin could do the work, but he actually not able to do the type of work I needed. She called me right back, within a couple of minutes, to let me know this and they let me know of someone that could do the type of work I needed done.

They performed a great service very quickly and professionally.

They contacted me after I purchased their big deal and we talked about the project. I told them that I wanted an estimate before they started the work. They told me that they could do the estimate, but that it was going to cost me the $99 I paid for the deal whether they did the work or not.

Called Kevin Ginnings Plumbing to get cost details and schedule an appointment. Needed 2 faucets installed. The lady that answered their phone quoted me the install would be covered with the $79 for $200 worth of plumbing. When the plumber arrived he quoted me an additional $99 trip charge. I did have him install 1 faucet as I definately needed it done. Paid the $99 additional charge. He offered to install the 2nd faucet for another $79 + another $99 trip charge. I declined the offer. Why pay another trip charge when he is already in my home. The plumber inquired sarcastically, " What, are you on a budget". Approximately a month after this their office called as a follow-up and I explained this situation to them. She offered a half-price coupon for another plumbing service when needed. I received it one month later and trashed it. I understand a company has to make profit but it should be more honest with its offers. No more profit from me for this plumbing company.
