The plumber never showed up. I had a 2-3 p.m. window appointment on Friday, but the plumber got busy with other jobs and couldn't make it until the evening. The office tried to arrange another appointment for Monday. I value my time and will not give them another chance. They are unreliable and I told them so. I should have known better. An old adage seems appropriate here: If it's seems too good to be true it probably is.The offer was too cheap and the plumbing company wasn't going to make any money on it. They said a second drain cleaning, which I needed, would cost an additional $179 which seems a little high. I'm going to try to get my money back from Angie's List. We'll see how that goes.

This is the third time we have used this company. After Spartan Foundation Repair discovered that part of my leak was from a broken pipe leading from my kitchen sink, we called Ginnings. They came out the next day and did the repair for $300. This was a difficult repair as it was near the subfloor between my finished basement and the first floor. They tested the repair and no leaks! Well, two days later my basement rug was wet again. We called and they sent someone out THAT SAME DAY. The two plumbers were excellent. They discovered a new crack in the same pipe. As mentioned above, this was a difficult and tough-to-get-at repair. He gave us, depending on how he could access the pipe, two different prices. Luckily, he could fix it with the minimum of fuss. We are very pleased with the result, and the cost. As an aside, the first plumber told us we were DAYS away from a major pipe break. Whew!

I had my outdoor faucet replaced in April with another company. It was under warranty, from being replaced the prior spring. It was worse after they replaced the faucet. They company spent quite some time trying to talk me into other options. I could tell they weren't happy about replacing the faucet. It leaked worse than before it was replaced. I quit using this faucet, until I got around to searching Angie's List for a new plumber. Lo and behold, a deal popped up for an $89 faucet replacement. Bought it, and called a few days later. They were able to come that Saturday. Showed up right on time, and quickly replaced the faucet. Works better than ever, and seems to be a better quality faucet. They shared some interesting knowledge about faucets, and how they generally crack, etc. They wouldn't come out and say it, but I realized I had been hosed(sorry!) by the prior plumber. I appreciated their honesty. I will definitely use them again, if the need arises. I cannot attest to cost, since this was an Angie's List deal.

The work was done with speed and expertise. Everything was finely cleaned up afterwards. We talked about what kind of sump pump back up system was available and decided on one that didn't require electricity and works off of the water system. We were also advised that our original sump pump (about 8 years old) was in excellent condition and a pump that has a good working history. We've been very happy with the result.

Great service! They found the problem right away, fixed it with very little down time and we're very professional. They showed us where and what the problem was.

Overall service went great! They were on time, professional. It took 1 day to install the tankless, reroute the gas line and some of the plumbing. They came back the next day to plumb for the water softener(we provided) and bypass for the exterior hose supply lines(so soft water isn't used outside). They also installed a new pressure relief valve(we provided part). Price might sounds a little high but I found them to be comparable to other quotes we received for the same model tankless. Love our Rinnai water heater and have already seen a decrease in our gas bill! I would use them again in the future!

The experience was excellent. The plumber showed up right on time, used shoe covers while he was in the house (had to change them several times as he was in and out checking on the outside faucet). He was very professional and fast and the work seemed to be excellent. I was glad that he 'finished' the job by sealing the hole well - and he cleaned up after himself. And I appreciated his advice. While I appreciate the 'straight-forward' pricing (he had a chart and left it with me) that the company uses to give me a quote on the other job I have, I would have used him on the spot but his quote was nearly $100 higher than our 'usual' plumber. He also said that they charge a $100 service fee if they would have to come out again (which our usual plumber does not - but they did send a coupon in the mail to reduce that by 50%). So overall their work was excellent and I would probably use them again if their prices were competitive. They will certainly be in my consideration set when we need to replace our water heater.

They're good and they're efficient. The quality is good. We've worked with this guy before. He's quite good.

They showed up on time and diagnosed the issue promptly. They even found a water leak around my vent fan, and fixed that too. They did not try to over sell me on anything, and the pricing was good. I will definitely use this company again.

Went well. Worked quickly and efficiently. Nice guy. Gave me tips on how to maintain the faucet.

No high pressure sales. Honest evaluation of current sump system, indicating the pump is still good. But for my own peace of mind, I went ahead and asked them to install the water back-up. The gentleman gave great rationale against battery back up and in favor of the water back-up, even though the battery back-up was more expensive.

Kevin was excellent to work with, the plan we discussed went perfectly, and the cleanup was excellent. Very pleased with the work, and also the 2 ywar guarantee, plus 10 year on all piping.

All went well very professional and service provided were great. We will use again.

He successfully snaked the drain but we were even more appreciative of his good advice. He took the time to discuss various plumbing issues we have in our home despite those issues not being the reason we called. He instilled a feeling of trust in me that would lead me to call this company for all our plumbing needs in the future despite it being expensive. He have had the same service performed by others for half as much.

The plumber replaced my faucet with a special on Angies List. He did a good job and did it quickly I would hire again with another special.

The service was fine. He did a good job. The service went fine, and he was here a long time. He delivered the water heater a few years ago. I have used them before.

Wonderful to deal with. Very consultative with no sales pitch. Showed up on time, very clean and was done in 45 minutes. Excellent organization that I would recomment to everyone.

Did a good job and after he finished, he check out the rest of the plumbing in the house and alerted me to the fact that my sump pump was not working.
