No complaints with the service tech or the work that was performed. The faucet handle was broken, now its fixed. My complaint is about the pricing. I could have had another plumber (that I know) do the work for an hourly rate which would have cost me less. The reason I went with this Angie's List provider was because of the "deal." The special $89 for $250 worth of plumbing services was not a good deal at all! When I called to make the appt. I was told that they go by "straight forward pricing" and that my service tech would let me know how much it would cost, plus there would be a $99 service charge added to it. She told me all the costs would be deducted from the $250 Angie's List special. Since they knew up front what I needed their service for - a broken faucet - it would have been nice to have been informed of that "straight forward price" which was $299. I realize other factors could come into play after a tech analyzes the problem, but since they already have the prices spelled out for a particular job, I should have been notified of that price. I anticipated the cost (including the service fee) to fall within the $250. The tech worked less than an hour fixing the faucet. In reality he spent about an hour and 20 minutes, but that included time spent going to the store to get a new handle (a relatively cheap plastic handle knob). Again, the Angie's List Deal was definitely NOT a good deal. I would not use this company again based on their pricing.

It was not that great. We spent quite a bit of money and they didn't totally fix the kitchen sink. It just leak and he said he really could not fix that as well. It was like how it was when he was here. We have 2 washers in the bathroom to be replaced and he said he couldn't do that. I'm thinking that they did charge more. The guy was really nice but he didn't deliver. The price is too high.

The plumber was very professional and personable. He diligently worked on the tasks and kept me informed each step of the way. Duane was helpful in explaining things.

eaThe installer did a very good job and was very professional. The special was supposed to be for $250 of plumbing service. What they don't say in the promotion is that this does not include a $99 service fee which I feel is false advertising. They ended up charging me half for the service fee since I complained, but then the total for installation ended up being $141 over the $250 service they were have to provided. This makes for an extremely expensive toilet installation, so wasn't a good deal at all.

Jimmy, the technician, arrived on time in company truck and uniform with name. He was very polite. I had purchased the BIG DEAL for one replacement faucet including an additional faucet at a discount. I showed him the locations both outside and in the basement. He went straight to his work and within a short time was finished. I just sat back and continued my current activity.

Contractor had to reschedule due to emergencies that came in. Communication was lacking somewhat and ended up waiting around at home til 2pm from a 1030-1130 appt. Once the plumber showed up the next week after rescheduling I was impressed with the people that showed up to do the work, Daniel and Chase. Efficient, timely and professional. Job well done .

He was on time and very knowledgeable and polite. I showed him where the faucet was and he knocked out very quickly! He did a fantastic job! I would hire this company again.

Excellent. Did a great job. They had extra work to do with removing old faucet but didn't charge me any more.

It was fine; due to where the clog was they had to come back a second day because the initial visit they did not have the equipment that would of solved the problem.

They had to replace the a significant portion of the pipe. They could not finish the job the first day. They gave me a very reasonable estimate. They told me exactly when they would be back which was within 48 hours and that was great given that they already had a few jobs lined up. They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job in a few hours. The sink has run great ever since then. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received. The plumbers were friendly, professional and courteous.

Did a quick and professional job, very clean. He was there under an hour and on his way. No mess to clean up.

Went well. Leak repaired.

The guys from Kevin Ginnings Plumbing arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. They replaced my outdoor faucet with a new, high quality faucet and completed the job in a timely manner. They did a great job and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Dale was professional and gave me maintenance tips for my plumbing. I had a wonderful experience! I am now enjoying my nice new outdoor faucet without any leaks!

Replaced an outdoor faucet on an Angie's List special. The technician also checked and corrected a leaky bathroom drain no charge and checked our water pressure no charge. This is the second time I have used them they are a first rate company.

This man worked very quickly, both inside and outside. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing, not at all pushy about additional services. I took a price sheet, but I don't know how their prices compare...because I haven't had much plumbing work done lately. But I feel I got a good deal on this purchase.

I purchased a 'deal of the day' that provided for a $49 service call and a $100 service call credit. I had indicated, up front, what I needed done before the plumber arrived. When they saw what I needed done, I was told the cost would be $249.00 ($149 after my $100 credit). I felt this was terribly expensive for the work to be done but knew if I did not have them do the work, I would forfeit the$49 I had already paid through Angie's List. The plumber was here for about 30 minutes and the total cost of the job was $198.00 ($49 service call plus an additional $149 for the actual work). I did some subsequent research and found the average price for this work would be less than $200. I feel this job was promoted as a switch and bait and was not in ANY WAY a good deal. I think the work was very over priced and the fees charged more than offset the 'credit' given by the company. I'm very disappointed that this 'deal' was no deal at all.

Plumber showed up on time and replaced the old faucet in a neat and timely manner. Saved over $300 by buying the $89 deal on Angie's List.

On October 2 I received an e-mail from Angies List that offered a coupon for the installation of an outdoor faucet for $89. This was a phpemonemanl offer and I jumped at it. I received an e-mail from them asking me to phone for an appointment. When I did, theyy seemed taken aback by the whole idea and said I am not in their service area and they would not perform this service. More over, if I wanted my money back it was on me to figure that out. Since they have a map of their service area on their Angie's page and I am pretty much in the center of it, and they are headquartered at a location about 7 miles from me, I am fairly much steamed. This is a bad faith organization.

It went as expected. There were additional costs. It was more than the $39. The service was good.

They responded quickly within an hour. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They were so fast that my husband had paid them and were gone before I could tell them I had a coupon from Angie's List. I called the office and was told that as soon as our check cleared they would refund 50% of the service fee. I was very pleased and impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.

The guys were great. They were on time. They answered my questions. They volunteered to do a couple of things that are a part of what they normally do with an Angies list referral. I declined as we'd just moved and already have plumbers working on a master bathroom remodel.
