They did the work that was necessary. They repaired the damage that had been done by the storms. They did it in a quick and efficient manner. Their overall professionalism is good and I haven't had any problems since. I was happy with their work.

They were very responsive to a problem we had 2 years later, and so they did a good job, and took responsibility to some damage that we saw. They were very forthright about it.

Pyramid replaced my roof several years ago and did an excellent job. Rep was professional and crews were able to get the job done with professionalism. Took 2 days because of weather. Replaced roof again in April 2014 due to a hailstorm. Again rep was professional and crew were able to get the job done in one day. Excellent job. A preferred customer of my insurance company. No complaints. They even did a minor repair on my guttering at no charge. Highly recommend this company.

They replaced our roof after a storm in 2011 and returned to replace shingles knocked loose just recently from wind. We were happy with the original work and continue to be happy with their punctuality and professionalism.

We had hail in the neighborhood recently. Roofing signs have popped up all over. One company came by and said we DEFINITELY needed a new roof. Said they'd "work with us" on our deductible. Told the neighbor they needed one also. Suspicious about what this meant, I called Pyramid out to have a look. Friends had previously referred Pyramid to us. Ray took a look and said I'd love to sell you a new roof -- that's how I earn my money -- but you don't need one. He was extremely professional and honest. When I do need a new roof, I'll be calling Pyramid.

We had Pyramid out to do a full roof replacement on our home and the crew was great. They had our old roof off in just one day and the new roof back on in just a couple days after that. They were extremely reasonably priced and cleaned up the location after they were done.

Came out gave me a great estimate (the same day I called) and had the job done in less than one day. Great company!!

Although I did not use premier roofing, I would recommend them to someone to contact.

We are very impressed with this company. Everyone was very professional and accommodating beginning with salesman Sam to Chad the inspector on the job to the talented and meticulous crew who replaced our roof. The job took 4 days to remove the old wood shake roof and replace it with a GAF Armorshield composition shingle. The job started on time, the workers showed up everyday on time and worked 12 hour days. Every night they cleaned up the yard before they left. The roof looks terrific and we couldn't be more pleased.

They were actually early! It took them only one day to tear the old roof off and they installed the plywood. They finished the job on the second day. They had to replace some of the rotted wood in the garage before they could apply the roof and they did it perfectly! They cleaned up after themselves very well.

We had a leak over the front door. Pyramid was recommended by our insurance agent (this was not an insurance job by the way) so we called. They came out, inspected our entire roof, took pictures of the problems, then discussed them each as they showed them to us. They only had to remove and replace a limited amount of shingles, a small amount of flashing, and a vent. Several days later it was completed and cleaned up after. No fuss, no muss.

Todd worked with my insurance company and made temporary repairs while my claim was being processed. They were very responsive and performed all of the work as scheduled. They were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. The whole job was done in one long day. Their inspector came out a reviewed the work two days later. I would definitely use them again.

The house I bought had brand new roof put on by Pyramid Roofing. During the house inspection in was pointed out to me was that the house had a brand new roof, but that the warranty was already void because they had not installed the shingles correctly nor was there antiquity venting installed. Meaning that the manufacture would never honor a warranty on the materials should there ever be an issue. Fast forward 5 years later and I discovered that the flashing on the edge of the roof was installed going to the OUTSIDE of the gutters instead of going INSIDE them. Meaning that for the last five years all the rain water has been pouring inside the soffits (the part of the roof that over hangs away from the house) rather than into the gutters! The soffits as you would expect after that much water exposure have rotted out. These people clearly had no idea what they were doing and no focus or interest in the quality of their work. UPDATE: In response to the company's posting that insinuates that I never called them, and that the roof had "issues". Both clams are patently FALSE. 1. I did call them and was told it was not their fault or their problem. 2. If you actually read my review the only issues the roof had was the damage caused by the shotty installation. If there installers had simply taken a few minutes to move the flashing to run INSIDE the gutters so that the rain water would not run inside the house.

Pyramid did a good job replacing our roof. They were on time to provide an estimate. Work was done pretty much on schedule. They worked into the night using flashlights to finish a portion. They cleaned up after themselves each day but left the yard a mess while they were working--including lunch scraps. We had no problems with the project. They got the job done and moved on.

I knew it was about time to replace the roof, but was expecting it would cost about $5,000, not $7-$9K, which is what everyone ended up quoting me. Randy said that we had hail damage and would work with our insurance adjuster to see if a claim could be made. Other roofers were skeptical that any claim could be made. But he met with the adjuster and we were able to replace our entire roof for just the cost of the deductible plus about $300 in upgrades. And that was going from regular composite shingles to Timberline shingles. Work was delayed a few times due to snow, but we weren't in a hurry and there's nothing they can do about that. Finished quickly once things got started and everything looks great. My only complaint was that there were some nails left on the deck and patio and I've tried to be careful about picking them all up since we have a dog and small child.

Our roof was recently damaged during a hail storm. We called our insurance adjuster and they recommended we use Pyramid for our repairs. Pyramid worked directly with our insurance agent for the repairs, which made everything run smoothly. They were out at our house 1 week after we were quoted a price. On Monday they dropped off supplies, on Tuesday it rained, on Wednesday they took down and replaced the whole roof and then on Thursday the manager of the job came back out, reviewed a few things and then finished up the job by noon. I am very satisfied with the work of this group! Also, before installing, we asked what their most used roof color was, and they indicated weathered wood. That's exactly what we had them install and it looks goregous. Thanks!

They were on time, worked efficiently and effectively. He also let us know to cover the dining room table, carpet and steps because the repairs may have some parts part of the ceiling. They cleaned up any mess that they caused. They came before the job at the end of February with a written bid and set a date for the work. They called two days in advance to see if the job was still on and let me know that they would be at my home at 9:00am on Thursday, March 7th. They were right on time and after the job he explained they would send me the bill rather than take a payment right away. I thought that was an excellent service. They did a great job.

I had a representative from Pyramid roofing come out to bid on a roof repair. In addition to the roofing work, the repair includes adding a two foot downspout extension to divert water from an upper gable away from the problem area on the lower gable. Also the reapir will damage some stucco siding. The representative indicated that Pyramid would not repair or arrange for repair of the stucco siding damaged by them in the course of the roofing work and would not install the necessary downspout extension whether or not I supplied it even though the roofer would have had to move only three feet up the roof to do it. You can find a better service provider. I know I did.

Everything was really smooth for the most part. The salesperson, Charles, was very prompt, polite and answered ALL my questions (I had a lot). I had new gutters with covers put on when my house was renovated earlier in the year and they took the covers off and put them back on for me so it was all done correctly. The crew showed up when they said they would be there, early actually, and did a nice job. The only downfall was I still haven't had a final walk thru. The one that was scheduled the project manager never showed up and I've never heard from him. Otherwise it all looks good.

They did a wonderful job as far as I know. Both the sales representatives and the crew were extremely helpful. Te salesman came back three or four times while I was trying to decide. They gave me addresses where they had they had put the roofing material on that I was interested in so I could see what it would really look like instead of just a square. They left some materials and pallets and they were going to come back and pick it up. I did need to call them like 5 days later and then they immediately came back to pick it up. It was a little thing and not that big of a deal. It was like a high of 105 degrees when the roofers were putting it on, so I know that they were all stressed out. They really worked hard. Compared with another roofing company, they were within dollars of each other. The other company was also equally as good, but they changed my sales representative in the middle of my bidding situation so I went with Pyramid.

All work was done well and as quoted and on time Paint could have been a better match, but I approved what they used.....didn't notice different in most places.Estimator is very pleasant and prompt.
