Their service was really quick and easy.  They are really professional.  They do what they are going to say.  There is just no hassle.  The price is good.  I would use them again in the future.

They were on time. They were not there very long. They were clean and got everything done the way it was supposed to be. The price of about $200 wasn’t very much. Overall, my experience with them was as good as it could get. I did not compare their pricing to anything, so I really don’t know how to grade that. The quality of work was high; it was very good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Came out to give me an estimate/demo of the system the day I contacted the company.  I was very impressed with the way the new systems work and how interactive you can be with a smart phone/computer connection.  Love the scalability of the alarm.    He gave us suggestions for equipment.  Was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable.  We scheduled the install within a week.   The install took about half a day and they had some trouble initially with the camera and had to schedule a return visit to finish that part.  Everything is up and working and we are very pleased with the system.

We couldn't be happier with Safelink. The process was extremely painless and refreshing after dealing with our old company.

The experience was very good. They did an excellent job of coming in and getting it done. We are very happy with the system. We don't know if their price was the best but we ended up getting a lot of extra stuff that we hadn't originally planned on.

I went with this company because they were able to get me set up for installation without first making a sales visit...since I wanted this installed right after moving in from another state...that was important to me. Pat Hayes really went out of his way to make that happen for me. He sent all the paperwork I needed for the city permit, etc, to me before I moved. The only issues I have are that several months after installation..someone knocked on my door from the same company to sell me a system...with a lower monthly price....but who knows if that would have been made up somehow in larger installation fees. Or maybe it was a special to make you switch companies..since there was an old yard sign in my yard from another company. The other thing is just a comparison to ADTs medical alert system. With ADT...you press the button and there is a box with a microphone so they can call you and check on you. It is supposed to pick up your voice from far away but we never had to use it so I don't know how well it works. With Safelink when you press the medic alert button, they call on your phone. If you have fallen and can't get to the phone..then they know to send help. They just don't really know what kind of help..so we have it set for cops first. So if that microphone feature on the medical button is important..then you will want to go with someone else.

I called them to see if they could get my alarm to stop beeping. (It was driving me nuts). They had a service man in my area so they sent him over, within an hour. While the serviceman was there he made recommendations to improve my security since I had made the comment that I lived alone. He also suggested that I get the system monitored since it was not already. I told him I really didn't want the expense and that I didn't have a home phone. He said no problem, he called one of the sale persons who spoke with me over the phone briefly, explain my options and the cost. I was such a great deal that I had the salesman cover over that night. We was patient, understand and one of the most friendly, down to earth sales people I have ever meet. Even talked me out of things that he said wasn't 100% needed, he made other suggestions that in the end would save me money. I only had to pay the first money upfront, no deposits or any out of pocket money. My arm was installed 2 days later and I love it. I feel so much better about sleeping alone in my new home. Thank you to Shad and Pat for making this an easy and wonderful experience for someone new to KC.

Safelink checked the entire system, replaced the battery, and helped my sister in re-programming the system, explaining all of the functions. He could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

The instalation technician was very polite and did a good job in that I can not see any wires and the keypad is very easy to use after he gave me a good schooling on how it all works.

From the sale director, installer and tech guy that came out later, everyone was FANTASTIC!. The installer did a clean and professional job. I was very impressed with how everything came out. He made sure that I knew how to use the system and provided all the details and vacuumed up his mess :). There was an issue with the system downloading because of my phone carrier. Received a call on 8/4 to have someone come out between 3-5 that day. I had another delivery coming between 9-11 that day, so they had the tech come out within 20 minutes. GREAT customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience was easy and stress free. My salesman Scott came to my house the day after I called and went over everything with me and explained in detail what I needed to make my home safe. He scheduled someone to come out the very next day and Shad was there on time and was very professional. He was in and out in no time and now I feel completely safe and am totally satisfied with the decision I made to go with Safelink Security.

The sales rep was great, low pressure, he even let us think about it and didnt force the sale on the date of the appointment. Because of the "free" price of the system we were sceptical. Installation went great the installer took great care of our house and was thourough in explaining the operation of the keypad. Very easy to use. The best part is we cancelled our home phone line. The alarm has a cell module that sends the alarms. We will recomend Safelink/Barnhart security to everyone we know. Thanks Pat and Dmitry your great.

I called Safelink Security and spoke with Gary Graham who was very helpfull. I then called the better business bureau to check them out and they had a A+ rating. After calling Gary back he scheduled for a rep to came out and look at my house. The rep was professional and down to earth and really knew security. I already had 2 other companys out. I couldnt believe how in expensive it was. I thought it was too good to be true but went ahead and scheduled an installation. The install went great and Im very happy with the equipment. My family highly recomend Safelink.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. MY SYSTEM IS VERY SIMPLE BUT THEY CAN ALSO DO MORE HI-TECH STUFF SUCH AS CCTV, REMOTE WEB MONITORING, ETC.
