Jim did a great job!  The job required him to come over 4 different times to do the stages of the job, and every time he was prompt in scheduling and showed up on time.  I was very happy with how smoothly the whole process worked.  Jim coordinated his part with the company that was providing the cabinets and counter tops, so I didn't have to do it.
     Every time they were there, they cleaned up so well that it looked cleaner than before they came! All of the work was completed to our satisfaction and the new island looks great!  We were very happy with the woodworking on the island. It was very nice to have someone who could do all of it--the cabinetry and demolition and appliance installation.

Landmark did a fantastic job.  The office looks great.  They were the cheapest of 5 bids received, the began work immediately, stuck to the budget, got the job done in the timeframe promised, and the work was professional.  I would use them again in heartbeat for their quality of work, timeliness and price.

I did not grade the price because we did not receive many estimates, but I feel the price is fair. He does excellent work. He is a pleasure to have around. The two men that work with him are also excellent. They are easy to have around and clean cut. For the most part, his subcontractors have been great. I would use Jim again in the future and have already recommended him to others.
