The workers were very knowledgeable and did a very good job.

We have used Champion before as they have replaced all but 4 windows in our house over several years. The work was done professionally and as promised. If and when the time comes I would use Champion to replace the last 4 Windows. There has been a niticeable improvement in indoor comfort and a decrease in our heating bills. I would not hesitate to recommend Champion if your thinking of replacing some windows.

At first did not plan on using Champion for window installation due to costs, but after visiting 2 other showrooms and then Champion's showroom I realized the difference in quality. The salesman was definitely a salesman, but he answered all of our questions and spent extra time with us when we visited the showroom.  Champion's windows were of much higher quality than the other 2 companies' windows we observed.  I still think they could have been a little cheaper. The office kept us informed of our order and when the windows and doors arrived (ahead of schedule) they contacted us for installation.  The installation did take a little longer then first scheduled which would have been difficult if my wife was working at the time, but she was not so it was not a problem.  After a year, we are still happy with our windows.

While the quality of the final product is fine and we like the final product - the process itself was painful and had we known how long it would really take we never would have hired them.  They estimated 2-3 weeks for our relatively small job, it took more than 12.  They had a number of excuses including that they had no control over their own production.  The wrong size windows arrived not once but twice. They also failed to respond to an initial inspection report for more than 9 weeks.  We lost the use of this room in our home for the entire summer.  There is also appears to be high turnover there, we went through several project managers before the job even started and our sales rep is no longer with the company.

My experience has gone very well. They did a good job. They were very professional.  The sun room looks great!

They did an excellent job. Their material is wonderful.  Their workmanship is excellent. The storm door is out sourced, not like their windows and doors, and they had ordered the wrong one. I am now waiting for my storm dorm since it is on back order.  They are a top quality company and I hate that they had to outsource their storm doors. I think that is their only weakness.

They are excellent! They have been good to work with and I like that they offer a lifetime warranty.  The sales rep, Barry Seelit, does a great job. He tries to get you the best deal you can get with the windows. The contractors do good work and they are honest. They are quick on the job. The price can be double than other companies but the quality of the work is better.

My experience went really well.  We liked everything we did and we had no issues with them. We are very pleased with the door and window. Their quality is great but I did think their price was a little on the high side.

My experience was pretty good. They are good people to work with. There were two people here doing the installation. The new door is working fine.

Do not order with Champion Door. We moved into a new house a year ago. 3 months ago the glass on one of our balcony doors broke. We called Champion to see how much it would be to fix it since the door was a Champion door. The guy who came out told us it was under warranty and that it would be no price. We were so happy! He told us that the new glass would be in in about 3 weeks and someone would call us. 3 weeks later someone called to schedule a time to put in the new glass. I take off work and the morning of our appointment another guy calls because he sees that they called the wrong person to schedule the appointment and that no one ever ordered our door! He also says that the door isn't under warranty and he couldn't believe someone had told me that. I explain what happened and I assume he works it out. He comes out to look at the door and see what needs to be ordered. So now we're back to square one after 5 weeks. He orders the door (which is from another company) and says someone will call me in 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks later no one calls, so I call in only to find out that the door had been on hold the whole time because Champion hadn't approved it. Once again, the door hasn't been made but I was assured it would ship out 10 days later and that I would receive a call the week after it ships. Last week comes and goes without a call, so I call today only to find out it never shipped and still hasn't shipped! The updated status is that it should ship in a day or two. I am now going on 3 months without a front balcony window and no door has even been made. I am tired of babysitting this situation, taking off work for false appointments and having some of the worst communication I've experienced from a company. After talking with a manager, which I should have done 6 weeks ago, I was told that they have a lot of communication issues in the company they are trying to work out. I will never go through Champion Door again and will encourage anyone i meet not to go with them.

The phone reps were friendly and set up the date for an estimate quickly. The rep who came was NOT at all friendly. He has a "why are you bothering me" attitude.  I described what I would like, and he offered absolutely no opinion and no options. He took 2 min to measure the site, then handed me a brochure and left. Told me he'd give me an estimate in a week. It's been at least two weeks. Not a word. Terrible experience. We were planning on spending at least 50 grand. Guess someone else will get the business.

They were very good at demonstrating the effectiveness of a higher quality window. I paid more for the windows, but now I understand now why it was worth paying more for the widows.
