This company was slightly higher in price than the other window companies, but we felt the money was well worth it. The quality and service from everyone was EXCELLENT. Our salesman gave a very informative presentation, that was used to compare other companies, that was correct and not just a "sales pitch".

ALTHOUGH THE CHAMPION WINDOWS APPEARED TO BE A QUALITY PRODUCT, THEIR ESTIMATE CAME IN AS THE HIGHEST OF FOUR THAT I RECEIVED. I WAS A LITTLE PUT OFF BY ALL THE "DISCOUNTS" THAT WERE OFFERED, AND YET THE PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER ESTIMATE I RECEIVED. I DEFINITELY GOT THE FEELING THAT I COULD HAVE NEGOTIATED MORE ON THE PRICE, BUT I NEVER REALLY COULD TELL IF I WAS GETTING A GOOD DEAL BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT BARGAINING.

THE SALESMAN FROM CHAMPION GAVE A POLISHED AND CONVINCING PRESENTATION, BUT THE FACT IS THAT CHAMPION'S WINDOWS ARE NOT CHEAP! ALTHOUGH I'M SURE CHAMPION MAKES A WONDERFUL PRODUCT, THEIR ESTIMATE WAS MORE THAN DOUBLE ANOTHER ESTIMATE I RECEIVED. THEIR WINDOW MAY INDEED BE THE BETTER PRODUCT, BUT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SIMPLY OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE.

THE SALESMAN WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. OUR VISIT TO THEIR SHOWROOM ON DORSETT RD. PROVED VERY INFORMATIVE. TWO, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS COMPLETED THE WORK IN ONE DAY. ALL DEBRIS WAS TAKEN AWAY. THE WORK AREAS THOROUGHLY CLEANED. WE EXPECTED THE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM BUT WERE SURPRISED BY HOW QUIET THE EXTRA INSULATION IN THE WINDOW CHANNELS HAS MADE OUR HOUSE.

WE ATTENDED AN OPEN-HOUSE AND SIGNED A CONTRACT TO HAVE A WINDOW INSTALLED. BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO HAVE SOME PRE-WORK DONE IN PREPARATION AND WE WERE HAVING DIFFICULTY IN GETTING IT DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION, I CALLED TO ASK IF WE COULD CANCEL THE CONTRACT AT THIS TIME. THEY WERE EXTREMELY GRACIOUS AND COURTEOUS, AND CANCELLED THE CONTRACT.
