"I had an appointment with the member @ 4;30 in the afternoon but remebered him saying that he was going to be around all day, so I called at 9:30 in the morning to verify our appointment or to shedule for an earlier time that same day and I recieved his voicemail so I left a message asking to call me but he never returned my call. I figured something came up and plans had changed. Sorry for any misunderstanding or miscummnuication but I feel like I left the ball in his court to contact me."
"I wanted to take a chance to clarify what the "problems" were. We installed some low voltage lighting in the retaining walls which looked very nice. The wire was buried on the back side of the wall and due to some natural settling, the wires were exposed and the Member had ran over them with the lawn mower. I returned to the job and repaired the mangled mess and explained to the Member that if he added a little dirt after the settling occured, there would have been no issues. We appreciated the work and have had several compliments on the completed project. Thanks again Member!"
