Our garage door remotes hadn't worked in YEARS! The serviceman came out, serviced the door and then checked the remotes. After a little tinkering and new batteries, we were good to go. If we ever had a garage door problem, I'd definitely call these folks back. The serviceman was friendly and helpful and arrived right on time. Within about 45 minutes, we were good to go!

The job took 20 minutes. I was surprised that he was able to replace all the rollers, adjust the tension on the spring and make sure the door was working properly in such a short time. He came and did his job. I just had some doubts about the job. He didn't offer much info other than to tell me he adjusted the tension on the spring. I should've pushed him for more information. My door doesn't close any better than it did before he did the repair.

I called asking for next-day service. They didn't have availability, but then fit me in. I might have been the first stop of the day. Corey called to let me know he was on his way. He got started right away, and within a half hour, the door was running smoothly and quietly. He had to replace a bushing that had worn so badly that the chain hung down around 6 inches. He also replaced all of the wheels. I will recommend Corey to EVERYONE.

Overall it went great. The chain on my garage door had been installed way too tight and made a horrible noise when opening and closing. The tech was able to make an adjustment significantly reducing the noise level. He was on time and went right to work. Very satisfied with the job.

This was an Angie's List 'Big Deal'. A day or so after I bought it, someone from CGX called to schedule an appointment. Since he was in the neighborhood, he came out the same day and was right on time. Everything the deal included was performed quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with the experience and with the results.

I saw Corey's special stating complete set of replacement rollers for $99 so I called and left a message asking him to call me and set up an appointment. He returned my call, told me it would be about a week due to being so busy - told him that would be fine. Corey came out on the appointed day - checked the garage door operation, replaced the rollers and lubricated the door. After the inspection he told me which parts were ok and which ones were getting close to replacement.
Corey is very personable and efficient - he did a good job. Garage door opens and closes much quieter after his work. I would call him again if my door needed repair.

He did what he said he was going to do based on the Big Deal coupon I bought, but it didn't address the specific noise problems I was having with my garage. He didn't do anything with my garage door opener. It is just as noisy as it was before he came, the man was here less than 20 minutes. This guy was not a professional, he didn't dress the part or act the part. It also took him 3 times to get here and finally do the work.

"We are sorry you weren't satisfied, if everything described in the big deal was complete i'm not sure with what you have a problem with. the Garage door opener is always lubed, adjusted and inspected but not guaranteed to be quiet. the new rollers will always be quieter then anything but other nylon rollers and in most cases we can always make the rest of the door quieter but can't be guaranteed. also do to high amount of sales it is noted in the big deal that your job may not be able to be completed right away. if you have any problems please give us a call"

Cody did an oustanding job and was professional and efficient. Within the day we called he had already provided us links to research different brands of garage door openers so we could pick out the best one for our needs.
