I got three quotes and they were the best. When they cut the tree down I could not believe my eyes when I came home after work. It didn't even look like they had been there except there was no tree left. My wife asked if they used a vacuum ? They were able to perform the work much earlier than anticipated due to some extra time in the schedule. The stump was ground even to the ground. My only issue was some small communication issues about the schedule but that it the only B they got. GREAT company...highly recommended.

The workers showed up on time and worked very efficiently and did a great job. They cleaned up the yard and street and did not leave any mess. The guys worked hard and knew what they were doing. I requested to have Omni arrange for Digrite to locate the utilities before the stump was removed, and that happened seamlessly. The weekend after the tree came down, USIC showed up and marked the gas line. Then Omni came back a couple days later and took out the stump. Again the workers cleaned up and left a clean yard. I definitely recommend Omni and I will use them again.

They removed 1 large tree and another good size tree in an area of my backyard near a fence and power lines. They removed both trees to the stump without issue and left the area looking great. Their pricing was very fair, they were prompt, and their customer service was great. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Omni did a wonderful job. They returned my call very quickly and set up a time for me to get an estimate. The person who came out was very friendly, helpful and nice. I walked him through what I wanted and he answered all of my questions. I thought the proposal was VERY reasonable and signed it on the spot. They showed up two weeks later (before calling) - I did not need to be home, so I just came home to everything the way I wanted and they did a good job cleaning up. Highly recommend.

Omni Tree provided a competitive quote for a large Elm tree in our backyard that needed extensive trimming. I got 3 other bids and Omni was the cheapest. Team that came to perform the work was thorough and cleaned up all the debris.

Well....the question is how did it go. Let me just say that I don't ever remember writing a review for any company before but Omni Tree Service was so good I assured them that I would. They were punctual, responsible, and they followed through completely on what they agreed to do. The job was made more difficult, I believe, because they were not able to get their truck into my backyard but without so much as a complaint they just climbed the tree and took it down. Even though the job may have been a little tougher than they anticipated they did not come back and try to renegotiate a new price. They are people of their word. I am too so it made for a good working relationship. I'm guessing a lot of reviewers have ties to the companies they review. I do not. I was simply so impressed by every aspect of the job that I had to write this review. I would highly recommend Omni and should the need arise again, I would not hesitate for a moment to turn to them. Excellent company and a job well done!

The crew showed up on time and removed the tree. Three days late they came and removed the stump. The job was done professionally and efficiently. They cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend Omni Tree.

In spite of area-wide tree damage, they were able to send a person out to estimate the job within a few days. The actual work was done about 1.5 to 2 weeks later. They worked quickly and didn't cause any collateral damage the the nearby deck or house.

After an ice storm, we had some damage done to some branches on a tree. Rich came out to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgable and he took the time to look at some of the other tree we have on the property and make suggestions that we could do to make the trees healthier. We love trees and you could tell he really did too. That makes a difference to us. The workers came out in about a week or less and cleaned up our Pin Oak tree and took out all the dead limbs. Now that spring is here the work they did makes the tree look beautiful with all it's foliage. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to everyone!

They did a fantastic job! We were very happy with the service. All of the email correspondence was timely. They readjusted our quote when we let them know we were Angie's List customers after they provided our original estimate. They waited until the job was completely finished before sending the invoice by email. We are very, very happy and would highly recommend them for any job you have!

The work went very well, but the company needs to really work on communication. I had to call multiple times to confirm that they had received my contract and were going to actually set up an appointment. Then, when the work was done, I had to virtually chase them down to pay. I called them several times and my messages were not promptly returned (when they were returned).

The gentleman who came to give the bid was very friendly and professional. Because the bid was fair, I signed the contract on the spot. He said it would take about 2 weeks to schedule, but the crew arrived 1 week later. They ground out the stump with their grinding machine and then used an axe and removed the root flares by hand; this process took over an hour of extra work. The team said they did that by hand because they didn't want to destroy the yard in the area where the root flares were by using the machine. WOW! I was SO impressed! The end result is gorgeous! They left the area well-packed and covered with dirt (not residual tree mulch) so it is ready to plant. I've used 3 other companies to grind treee stumps over the years, and Omni gave the best result by far. Will definitely use again for other work. Highly, highly recommend.

I was amazed at how well it went. The crew sized it up, divided the work, and went straight at it. They had to "ease" down numerous limbs to avoid hitting the neighbor's deck, my porch, and a couple cable tv boxes. They were efficient, professional, and quick. Although there were five crew members, none of them stood around, but stayed busy the whole time. And, as I remarked to the crew chief, they had a good time, joking with one another, but not interfering with their job at hand. A truly super job!

Fantastic!! We had a neighbor comment on the top notch skills of the men taking down the tree. Everything done as promised/planned.

I have used Omni in the past, and was very impressed. Great price, quality work, prompt and knowledgeable staff -- everything you want from a service provider. I hope my latest experience was an anomaly. No problems with the initial call to Omni and scheduling of the arborist to assess the situation. Initial bid came back in about 10 days and the price was great (as I expected it would be from prior dealings). All is good so far. But then we started having second thoughts about removing 16 trees, so called them back to help us think through canopy and sunlight issues and re-bid a lesser scope (approximately 7 trees). When I called Omni to walk through the changes, I was told the arborist who gave the initial bid would call me to schedule another walk-through and bid. A week went by without a response, so I called the office again. Same story. A week later -- same story. Another week later -- my fourth call -- and I asked them to just send a different person out and re-bid the whole project (almost 6 weeks had elapsed since the first visit by now). To my surprise, it was the original arborist who finally came back for the follow-up appointment. He was very helpful and promised to get an updated bid back in 7-10 days. That was almost 6 weeks ago and I haven't received anything further. I really tried hard to give them my business, but it's time to move along.

Tree clean up went great. I only saw the deep root fertilization truck pull away so hopefully they did every tree they were supposed to do. I would have liked to have the option of knowing they were coming to do the fertilization so I had the option of being there.

Amazingly well-exceeded my expectations! I have used Omni before and they always perform well. My two neighbors on either side have also used and were pleased. They clean up and haul away all debris,are professional and have top of the line equipment. Highly recommended. I was here to supervise and always helps.

The did a great job! Cleaned up after all the work was done. Sent a different crew with more knowledge on roots to handle the second part of the job which I appreciated.

They were fantastic. They looked at the job, and one of the few in St. Louis that seemed to have all the equipment to do a dangerous tree removal. They sent out a crew of 4 men, one in the bucket truck and took the whole thing down in 40 min or less and nothing fell on my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The service men were on time, professional, and courteous. They were very effiecient, did a great job, and thoroughly cleaned everything up. I am very pleased with the whole process from making the appointment to the completion of the work. I would use definitely use them again! They sent me a bill for the work in a timely manner and the amount matched the estimate, that gave us earlier.
