They did excellent work. They were prompt and the price was the best. They did everything I needed and I was very pleased with the service.

They were very expensive compared to other services.

We went through quite a few tree services and I love the guys that we finally chose. They were excellent. They were above excellent. Some of the prices of others were triple what he wanted. They were phenomenal. Top of the line service. Wonderful gentleman. I will always use his tree service. I can remember his name personally because that is how personable he was. He is a certified arborist. They were excellent. They got all of the dead bushes, they took away everything, it was really clean. They did not leave anything behind. Overall he is 100% everything. Everything from the time I called him, they were timely, he said we will get out there at such and such date. He was here. I didn't have to wait around he was here. He called me and even said he was on his way, traffic was a little backed up he might be late but he wasn't late, but he gave me a warning to let me know. He told me, he said, I'm not going to tell you what to do, I'm going to suggest what I think is best you do whatever you want to do. I was so excited about the price. It was hot and he said, I would wait until it gets cooler because it will be easier on your trees. He could have just wanted the money. He said, I know it's your tree, I'm not telling what to do but I'm just advising I think it would be better if you waited until it was cooler. He told us when he was coming, he had his crew out here, they got the job done and they took off. I said, well that was quick they must not have done a good job. I went outside and I was just amazed. There were branches that had been falling from the one tree, like dead branches, that they weren't required to pick them up because that wasn't part of the job but they did.

Very, very please with the whole process! I obtained several bids and their quote was very reasonable compared with the others who were also rated very high on here. I would use them again without hesitation.

I called for an estimate to remove a large maple tree and they came out within a few days, left an estimate that was very reasonable so I called and to set a date for removal and was told that I needed to send in the signed estimate via fax, which I did and after 3 days I called to verify that they got the fax and asked if I could get a date which they finally gave me the next day. I came home from work on the removal day (Thursday)and the trunk of the tree ( about 20 ft tall) was laying in the yard. I called the next day to ask what the deal was and was told that someone would be by to pick it up on monday or tuesday. I explained that I felt I should have beed informed that this tree would be laying in my yaer for severl days and that I expected it to be gone on the removal day, they had someone come out on Saturday to remove it. The stump was removed about 3 weeks later. I was generally happy with the service and althought their communications skills could have been better I would definately use them again.

They came out and gave me the estimate. Then, they set up the time. They came and did the job. I had some trees cut some years ago by someone else, and their price seemed to be a little bit better than that, but I do not know if those people were higher or what. I did not really get any other quote; I just kind of compared it to some trees I had cut some years ago.

The arborist, John came out and helped wife and I understand what exactly needed to be trim our trees. He was very kind and patient with all of our questions. That made us choose Omni after we have already received numerous bids from other companies. Omni tree service was willing to get all the way to the top of the Maple and Oak trees that needed to be trimmed. The other places we spoke with would not go to the top to trim the trees. I believe the price could've been a little lower, but with the service we received, we are completely satisfied.

I called and within a day or two a rep came and gave me a bid. He said it would be in about 3 weeks. I called in 3 weeks and they were there in a few days.

Company was very professional from start to finish. Easy to schedule an appointment to review project and establish a price. John was right on time and very knowledgeable about the work to be done and worked within my budget in proposing a bid. Work was completed earlier than the date that I expected which was great. Gentlemen arrived to trim the trees and reviewed the work with me prior to starting. They were very professional and did a wonderful job with the trees and the cleanup. I couldn't be more pleased.

Referred from my neighbor. He came with his some and another guy. I really liked that this was a family owned business and they do all the work. he came to my house and looked at the tree. He told me a day when he would come. I asked how long it would take. He said it depends on if there was any trouble. they came and were very quite never bother me once for anything. Pretty soon he came out and knocked on my door. And there was just a stump and he place some flowers on the stump it was really cute that he did that. It was cleaned up nicely.

Again - they arrived on time for the estimate, provide a paper copy and were very professional. Just more expensive than others.

They did a great job and they were punctual on the initial tree cutting. The splitting of the logs took a few extra days. I kind of thought maybe the splitting was a little outside the normal service, but they got it done. The price for everything was great. I would definitely call them again.

Overall I wouldn't recommend contacting them for an estimate unless you are comfortable with them doing an estimate without your presence at the estimate or can tailor your work/life schedule around Omni's designated territory days

They were very polite, helpful, came earlier than they had to, left no mess, didn't destroy anything, and I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the work. They worked very efficiently and carefully. The crew chief walked around the house with me before they started to be sure that he was clear on what I wanted done, and later again consulted me about trimming a small decorative tree to be sure that they trimmed it according to my preferences. I noticed that the crew worked carefully, and had protective harnesses and other safety equipment while they were actually climbing the trees. After they had completed the trimming, they raked the lawn to remove smaller branches and other plant debris. They did a terrific job and I will definitely use them again. The overall experience was great. The estimator arrived on time, the work crew arrived on time, and they were all very professional and easy to work with.

I called Omni Tree Service for a quote on cleaning up my Silver Maple in my front yard. We set up an appointment. They were about 30 minutes late but over all that didn't bother me too much since I was hanging out at home anyway. Tom came out and looked at the tree. He went over what he felt needed to be done to the tree. He was very efficient and polite. He wrote up a proposal and told me that overall my tree looked good. I thanked him for his time and he left. I didn't give him an answer right way because I want to talk the quote over with my husband. After my husband and I agreed that his proposal was very reasonable and my husband also knows the company's work because they do all the tree service at his employer. I called and scheduled Omni to come out on April 17. They were very accommodating to my daughter's nap schedule. I was very appreciative of that. They were on time and did a great job! I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be calling Omni for my future tree service needs.

Super tree service. The brothers are so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Since they were cutting down the elm tree, they trimmed our pine for free and suggested that they could saw those pesky cypress roots we have been tripping on without hurting the tree--what a great suggestion--now we can walk in our backyward without falling. The entire crew was nice and professional. They even cut several pieces of the elm's trunk into pieces for my husband to wood work with. They cleaned up every last leaf and ground the whole stump out. My parents have been using them for 30+ years and we will use them again too!

Overall A+ rating from the moment I emailed them with a quote request. I will definitely do business with Omni Tree Service again.

I called 3 companies, all on Angie's List. They all provided estimates that ranged from $200 to $600. One of them missed one of the things I'd asked about and then had to redo the estimate. Omni was the only company who requested that I be home when the estimate was done. While I didn't really think this was necessary, the rep was able to explain several of the services to me (and nothing I'd requested was left off). In the end, I thought they were the most professional. I really was unsure about the company that left out the item, although they were highly rated on Angie's List. And the third guy was very gruff on the phone. Omni came and did everything that I'd asked efficiently and as we had discussed. They cleaned everything up. I had absolutely no complaints. They were great!

Received three bids, two of three contractors selected from Angie's List.Omni Tree had best price by a long shot.Owner was very professional and gave me some good advice on overall tree health and maintenance. Trimmed ten large, tall trees which had never before been trimmed - most were over 45 ft tall. Did an excellent job. Did a good cleanup of the jobsite as well. Caution - ask them to lay down plywood when they drive on lawn as trucks are very heavy and leave dents in the lawn. I would definitely recommend the company and will use them again in the future.

They showed up on time to give the estimate, and showed up as promised promptly on the day of service. They finished in the time specified, and were extemely diligent in cleaning up any debris from the process. This included sweeping the entire driveway and street.

I received an appointment for an estimate within 3 days of calling. My estimator, John, gave me the lowest price. But the reason I chose Omni was not price alone. Of 3 tree companies, his gave me the most accurate information. He correctly diagnosed the fungus on my holly tree and said it was not necessary to treat it--information confirmed by the Missouri Botanic Gardens. They were able to schedule the work shortly after I accepted the bid. The crew (Mike, Juan, Kelly, Saul) were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Mike checked with me a couple of times as to how much I wanted trimmed and I really appreciated that. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again.

A large tree was cut down and removed from my front yard. A large tree was cut down and removed from my back yard. The front yard tree stump was ground down and the chips were removed. Both trees were put through a wood chipper and hauled away except for the large trunks which were carefully left curbside to be picked up by a lumber yard. Everyone from the company was professional and polite. My only complaint was the company was not on time. I was told I was one of their first stops but the contractor did not show up until after lunch. I called for an update on their arrival time. I suggest the company call customers with an updated time of arrival rather than leaving the customer wondering when they were going to show up.

The gentleman was prompt at arriving for the scheduled time, even though it was pouring "buckets" that day. After looking at the tree for a bit, he did say that the holes in the tree are deep and could be weakening the tree. When asked if it should be taken down or okay to leave it the response"it's up to you." Never made any recommendations about pruning, there are a lot of suckers in the tree, feeding or anything else. I should have saved my $50. I guess I was expecting too much.
