Excellent job on tree and stump removal. Very pleased with 2 of the three trees trimmed. Next time I need to ask them their recommendation for pine tree. Over-all job well done. Cost was lower than I expected.

We got an Angie’s List discount. It was an excellent experience. They did an excellent job. Tom Reeds had come to give me an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and he suggested a treatment for one of our trees that had fungal infections and they would be performing that in this spring as well. He was very knowledgeable and gave me an estimate which was definitely competitive. We were impressed with his professionalism. The crew that was here was good and there was couple of things that they asked before they did to make sure that we knew what they were going to do. We felt comfortable with some of the work that they were doing. They removed everything and were very responsive to our needs. We asked them few questions to clarify things and they were very forthcoming. We would use them again in a heartbeat. They are knowledgeable, very careful with our property. They had to trim some branches from a very old large tree that was right by our deck and they were careful to move our table and all of our furniture’s that was on the deck out of their way. Then they put it back and cleaned up all of the branches and things that had fallen. They were careful around trimming. They were very quick and efficient. We have nothing but good things to say.

Replied within one day to my request for a quote. Removed the trees in a timely manner and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree service.

I got a quote on this work in early September. In October, I faxed Omni a request to do some of the work and asked them to call me back to confirm they would do it. (I still have the fax.) I received no response, and after another month had gone by, I decided that my fax had either not made it to Omni--it happens--or they simply were not able to slot me in, for whatever reason. No matter--I decided I would just wait and contact them again in the spring. Plus, I realized that by November, I had some additional work that they could take care of in the spring as well. In the meantime, I did go out and clear some of the vine-y overgrowth myself. I was at work one day in late November--again, had not heard from Omni whatsoever--and I got out of a meeting in the late afternoon to discover there was a message on my cell phone. It was from Omni tree service--they were in my neighborhood and would be doing the work I requested. This gave me NO time to respond, to tell them I needed to be there, that I needed them to handle things any particular way, do not come if I'm not there--nothing. I went home immediately, and the work was already done. However, since I had not had a chance to even be there or confirm the nature of the work with them--since they had never followed up with me that they were even going to do the work--there had been no chance for me to tell them that I needed the heavy overgrowth at least chopped into pieces I could lug away. (I'm a small woman.) Consequently, the chopped-down shrubs and overgrowth were in pieces too big for me to manage. And now they are still sitting there, an unsightly mess that I will now need to hire someone else to remove. This could have all been avoided if Omni had had the courtesy to (a) call me back and let me know they were going to do the work at some point--since my fax specifically asked them to confirm; and (b) notified me ahead of time so I could be there when they arrived. I did call a few weeks after receiving my invoice to complain, and I was told that they were sorry--they always try to call ahead before doing work--and I would receive a call back about the matter. I never received a call. Perhaps if I had withheld payment, someone from Omni would have seen fit to follow up with me. So overall, I'm not really a happy camper, which is too bad because Omni came highly recommended, and decent communication from them would have made a big difference.

They got to the job more quickly than I thought they would. The took down both trees rapidly, removed all of the tree parts and cleaned up the debris from the trimming, cutting, etc. They were efficient, worked fast and had everything done and cleaned up in what I thought was a short period of time. They crew was polite and did their job well, couldn't ask for anything more. If we need any more tree work we would certainly call on them to do it. They are not cheap but the price was fair.

They seem very reasonable and were very professional. I might use them in future.

Great. I had received estimates from 3 other companies, all significantly higher than Omni. The guys that came out were courteous, professional, and worked their tails off. Very pleased with all aspects of services.

We live on the edge of a forest and have many trees. They came to work on all the trees on our lawn --- removing dead branches, using a lift when needed, cutting down dead trees, straightening bent evergreens, cutting back growth from the woods, etc. It took them approximately three days to accomplish everything that needed attention. When they left, everything was taken away and they cleaned up very well.

Well-organized, efficient and punctual. I'd definitely recommend them.

I chose Omni because they had great reviews and had the best price for the job. It was a large job. The men who came out were very polite. They asked if it was suppose to be a "2 day" job after working hard all day. I said I didn't know. They came out the next day to finish dead wooding the trees. They were very thorough. They even offered and knocked down a large dead limb that belonged to my neighbors tree but dangled over our yard. I was told someone else would come by to remove the stumps. After several days, I had to call to find out when or if someone was coming to remove the stumps. Once we set up a time, they came out as soon as they could-rain was an issue. It was after 2 weeks that the stumps were ground down. I wasn't home but they did a thorough job as well. I do wish someone had called me to let me know about when the stump removal guy was coming- I thought it was all going to be done at the same time. All in all- it was a big job and I am happy with the end result and they were the most reasonable with price. Everyone I talked to was very nice and got back to me with in a reasonable time when I called with questions.

I called a month ago for a quote and after they went to view the property, I never heard back. I called again and they said they leave the quote at the door and it must have gotten blown away. After a quote of $2,000, I asked if they could do less work. They said they would go out and look again that day and email me a quote. I did not hear back.

They arrived on time . Were efficient and were out of there in about three hours even though it was pouring rain at the time.I would definitely use them again and their price was fantastic.

A big shout out to the team that trimmed my trees today. The lead man sculpted my J** Maple and Chinese Magnolia perfectly. The "tree climber " did a great job and the young guy was awesome as well. I highly recommend Omni. Thanks guys !

I requested an estimate in late June or early July. We made an appointment for 7/5/13. Tom Reid, a certified arborist with Omni promptly arrived. He seemed very knowledgeable. He provided a quick and efficient estimate. I signed he contract with Omni at the time of he estimate. Omni had a better price than one other firm that provided an estimate. Several weeks went by and I did not hear back from the company. I called on or about 7/25/13. I was informed that they had a backlog of 2-3 weeks and suggested I call back on 8/16/13. I did so and was told my work would be done during the week of 8/19/13. Omni did not show up the week of 8/19 nor the week of 8/26. I had planned to call Omni on Tuesday 9/2 to cancel the service but before I did, Omni called and asked if they could send a crew to my house in a couple of hours. I agreed and the work was done before I got home from work that day. The work was done in a satisfactory manner and no mess was left behind.

Pruned a large ash tree,which when later infused with an anti-fungal,should save the tree. Also removed,including deep roots, four giant hedge bushes. Great job!

I had really good service from Omni Tree Service. I have used them multiple times. They do excellent work. They come when they say they are going to come and they clean up their mess. They're not the cheapest but they're very competitive for what they do. I could get some guy from Arnold, Missouri, with his pickup truck and his chainsaw, but when you're talking huge trees near the house, you want somebody with experience.

They were friendly, courteous, and quick. They were extremely efficient and got both trees down in half a day. They cleaned up everything after the work.

Since this was a small job, it took them a couple of calls to get me scheduled. The day it was scheduled, it rained (of course). However, they came a few days later. The crew was fantastic, especially the person trimming the pear tree (I called him an artist!). They did an excellent cleanup before they left. I still am waiting for them to grind the stumps from the junipers (they will not bill me until the stumps are ground).

Omni was one of three tree service companies we asked to provide estimates for trimming one large tree and removing two others that were quite close to a fence. Their bid was slightly lower than the other two but the main reason we ended up using them was that they seemed the most knowledgeable during our consultation. On the day the work was to be performed the crew arrived slightly early and worked much faster than we'd expected. They were in and out within about 90 minutes and were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves.

Smooth, They were so easy to work with. No broken promises.

I originally gave a bad review on this company because I had not heard back from the owner; however, the day after I gave the review he called and explained the circumstances of why he had not contacted. He came to my house, bid the job and had a crew perform the services requested. They did a good job and would use them again.

We contacted Omni and a representative came out the next day (he missed the appointment by a couple of hours). Their pricing was competitive with the other two quotes we obtained and we agreed to go ahead with them after which they said they would schedule a time for performing the work. A few days later, their crew showed up unannounced to do the work, which in the end worked out fine as there were people at home, but this is the one thing that we think Omni can improve on - their communication. They showed up unannounced when they did the stump grinding as well. However, from there on it is all positive. They really knew what they were doing and had both trees down in no time. The walnut tree was overhanging our power cables (which was of concern to us) but they took the necessary care and got it down without any problems. Also, their equipment is professional grade (!) and in way better condition than other guys we have used in the past. They also took care of the lawn - e.g. when they came out a few days after taking the trees down for the stump grinding, they laid down tracks so that their stump grinder did not do any damage to the lawn, they filled up the holes caused when cutting down the tree, etc. Before leaving, they cleaned up everything and checked that we were satisfied. Overall, we are highly satisfied with Omni's work and would recommend them without hesitation.

I liked what they did. They came here on time, were efficient, and were quick. This last heavy snow we had kind of approved that they did a good job, nothing came down.

The service was great, they will be back next week to grind out the stump and install a new tree to take its place. The arborist, Jason Sharman, was professional, seemed to know his stuff and recommended several trees to choose from for a replacement. The company does outstanding work from start to finish.
