It was a bad experience from start to finish. We were promised the shutters by the end of 2013. We did not receive them until well into January. When they installed the bay window shutters they were the wrong size. It was like pulling teeth to get the owner Debbie to return our calls. She did not even follow up with us when the shutters were wrong. She had so many excuses. She did finally provide us a discount at the end and the shutters do look fantastic. We had used this company in the past and we were pleased, but this experience was not good. We had thought at one point that they had gone out if business, because of their lack of responsiveness.

Repair was completed successfully. They originally said 3 days but it was closer to 10 days because the repair person was not available. But the repair was successful and the blinds work just fine. They did not call to tell us the change in schedule

I asked them to come out because I thought I needed to replace and expensive blind. He fixed it very reasonably. He could have easily said just replace it. He was pleasant, very responsive & just a pleasure!

I had a morning appointment and the sales person was late. She said she couldn't call me because someone in the office wrote my phone number down wrong. The house was still being built so I had to sit outside waiting. Kind of annoying. When we got inside, she quickly started measuring the windows and gave me options. I was picking faux wood blinds for most windows and a few cellular shades. I liked the choices until we got to an arch window. She said my only option was a cellular shade fan. I wanted a faux wood fan to match the other windows in that room but she said they don't sell them. I had already got an estimate from another company that did sell the faux wood blinds for arches and their total estimate was $2000 less than Two Blind Guys so I chose the other company.

I did not have the opportunity to tell them what we wanted done so they included more than necessary in the estimate. I was waiting for them but for some reason never heard them arrive.

It was last month and quoted 2 small arch blind windows for $1200. The owner is very nice and friendly. He did not mingle, came in, what to do, said he will be back to do the estimate and he did it today. He is great, very friendly, prompt, courteous, all of that. But the price is too high.

Dan was great. He arrived on time for all appointments and he is very courteous and professional. Our blinds were ready for installation when Dan said they would be and they were installed shortly thereafter. The installation was very smooth and efficient. Dan did everything and was our sole contact from start to finish. He was very prompt and responsive when we had any questions and in setting up our appointments. All in all, we had a very good experience with this location of Two Blind Guys!
