I can't say enough about how well everything went from my initial call to the installation. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and efficient. From Ellie & Barb in the office, to Kris who came out to the house to measure and help me pick out the shades, to Cory who did the installation - they were all terrific and made it so easy!! The shades are absolutely beautiful and they were installed within three weeks of me placing the order. We had completely remodeled the family room last year and I had put off getting the shades because I wasn't sure what company to use. I'm so glad that I went with Two Blind Guys and I only wish that I had done it earlier!

Installer came on-time, worked quickly. Very professional. Only negative - they said 2 1/2-3 weeks for delivery/install. Turned out to be closer to 4 weeks. A "heads up" would have been nice.

The representative who did the windows measurement was very professional and covered the details of the installation.
He provided an accurate delivery/installation expectation (6 wks.).
The two installers were very polite, competent and professional and accomplished the installation promptly and neatly.
I would not hesitate to call this company with any of my window treatment needs.

Kris came the day. I called and measured. I received on estimate that afternoon. Accepted and placed the order with a 3-4 week time schedule blinds in and installed within only 2 weeks.

We went to the store in Chesterfield Valley and met with Kris, sales. Kris provided help in reviewing the product line and making our selection. Kris came to our house, took the measurements and placed the order. The blinds were delivered and installed on time. The installer also did a neat job and cleaned up after the install. Totally satisfied.

Went very well. Very professional, young and friendly salesman explained different types of shutters, showed photos / pictures and samples. Measured windows. We stopped by office and talked to a manager because we changed our ideas slightly. Once again very friendly and helpful. Installer came promptly, installed shutters, and explain the best way to open and clean them. Also very professional and friendly. We were very happy with the entire process!

They did cut the blinds as requested, but they never called to confirm it was possible or tell us the price. The location was closed on two separate days that I hoped to pick them up.

Pull cord on horizontal blinds purchased from Two Blind Guys detached from the unit. Called the sales representative we worked with & she advised we take them into store. Store personnel quickly determined repair would be covered by warranty. Had the blinds back in place in less than 5 business days

We selected 4 companies from Angie's List to provide bids for eleven Norman shutters. The other companies did not provide timely bids, tried to sell a different product, or had incomplete bids. Kris came to our home at the scheduled time and understood exactly what we were looking for and took detailed notes. We received his bid within a few hours and it was accurate and priced competitively. Our order took longer than usual to arrive and the communication with the office staff could have been better but once the owner, Debbie, was involved it was immediately corrected. She was able to follow up on our order and schedule an installation date- I would suggest you contact her if you have any concerns about your order.
Their two installers were able to hang all 11 shutters in less than 4 hours and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Two Blind Guys and will be using them again.

I requested that the blinds be ordered and installed within a shorter-than-usual timeframe to accommodate the arrival of out-of-town guests. I appreciated that Two Blind Guys was willing to take the job when others wouldn't consider it. It saved me from needing to put a sheet over the doors for privacy!! The office staff and serviceman were personable and professional. The serviceman arrived on time, and performed all tasks quickly and efficiently. Did a great job! I do think the price was somewhat high for this type of blind, but overall, satisfied with the service and product. Would not hesitate to recommend Two Blind Guys.
