We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy any mattress.

Our mattress was about 16 years old and I was having neck pain. We decided I needed a new mattress. My husband liked a really firm mattress and I thought I needed something a little softer, but wasn't sure. He told me to just pick one out and it would be fine since he had to go out of town. I went to the store on a Sunday morning and explained the issue and how important it was for it to be delivered that day. (This is the location at 1142 South Brentwood, St. Louis, MO). the salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to my issues and then suggested various mattresses for me to try. He did not suggest the most expensive to start either. When I found the one I liked best, he was very helpful with what else I needed, but without pushing things I did not need. He assured me of delivery that night. The delivery driver called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive to make sure it was okay if he delivered the mattress early for me! the weather was bad, but he and his co-worker (his son) were very cordial and very professional. They removed the old mattress and also set up the new one with the cover, etc. It was an excellent experience.

MY DAUGHTER WAS LOOKING FOR A FUTON FOR HER DORM ROOM. SHE FOUND ONE SHE LIKED AT THE MATTRESS FIRM'S LOCATION IN CHESTERFIELD VALLEY, TALKED WITH ROY, AND FOUND OUT THAT SHE COULD PICK IT UP AT THE NEW ORLEANS WAREHOUSE. WE PURCHASED THE FUTON, WITH STAINSAFE TREATMENT AND SCHEDULED THE PICKUP DATE. UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN SHE WENT TO PICK UP THE FUTON, THE WAREHOUSE LOADED THE WRONG MATTRESS, AND SHE DIDN'T DISCOVER THE PROBLEM UNTIL SHE GOT BACK TO THE DORM. ROY WORKED DILIGENTLY AND PERSISTENTLY TO ARRANGE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE MATTRESS. HE KEPT HER INFORMED AS HE WORKED THROUGH LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT, AND FOLLOWED UP TO CONFIRM THAT SHE GOT THE RIGHT MATTRESS. I ALSO COMMEND THE PERSON FROM THE NEW ORLEANS LOCATION, WHO DROVE TO MOBILE ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO MAKE THE DELIVERY. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THE MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN, ALTHOUGH I WOULD HOPE THAT FUTURE PURCHASES WOULD BE LESS COMPLICATED! THEY ABSOLUTELY STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORD ON PROVIDING THE CORRECT ARTICLE.
