We had the work performed with Maris over two different jobs. First, we had our windows replaced throughout our entire house (30ish). The installers were great and quick/clean. They have been fantastic for us since the installation. Siding, Soffits and Facia we had done more recently and the install crew was stellar. I didn't think they could top the window guys, but they were the best. I had numerous neighbors coming to ask me for their information.

The job was completed early, in extreme heat, and still done to our specifications. A year later one post cap was damaged by hail. One call to the job manager, (Paul), and a new cap was dropped off the next day. We will use them again if a need arises.

They were a fantastic company to work with. Ben came out to show us their product and we told him what we were looking for in a new fence. We originally went with a four foot privacy fence with two feet lattice in sandstone but found out lattice only comes in white. So Ben came out again and we decided to go with two feet black aluminum rails. We set a date for them to start the project, the crew came out and started removing the old fence and putting in the new. Paul's crew was great and after a day and a half our fence was in. It is absolutely beautiful and all the neighbors and us too love the look. If you want a great company to work with pick Maris!!

DO NOT USE .. I was told my fence would be four weeks it took nine weeks I had to call them ..I had to call them for four weeks and then they brought the wrong fence then they brought the wrong fence caps they left the old fence in my driveway blocking me to get in my garage overall very unprofessional do not use!!!! I was never notified that my fence was coming in, I had to call them and tell them their job.

Maris Home Improvements did an outstanding job on our new deck! Workmanship was top notch and the deck looks wonderful. Everything was completed as promised and they were even able to schedule us in quickly when other companies were 3 months out! Excellent service! The windows were measured and ordered quickly. The workers were punctual, professional, and efficient. The 6 windows were taken out and installation happened within 5 hours. Everything was cleaned up! Our new windows are a better barrier for sound and heat. Our dogs aren't barking at everything outside. Our house has been cooler and the blinds and curtains can stay open! Our 60+ year old home has been beautifully transformed. The windows took less than 2 days, and the doors were installed in just a few hours. Very professional & efficient. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. All workers were willing to answer questions, and seemed knowledgeable in their craft. Excellent job. I love my new siding and would recommend Maris Home Improvement. The house looks like a new home. They removed the shutters and the molding over the windows and replaced with wide trim around the windows. the installers were excellent and very receptive to my questions. They left the job sight very clean.
