I was on my way to pick up my sister from hospital, 90 miles away, and the tire seemed low, and my usual repair service was not open, because it was Saturday. I stopped and explained my problem and my upset, because of needing to pick up my sister. Within 30 minutes, they had checked the tire, found that it was a faulty weight, cleaned it up, adjusted it, inflated the tire, and refused to charge me for the service. They were professional, kind, and polite. I seriously expect to change to use their services; what a relief, and what help when I needed it most!
