Let's start with the salesman. Sorry I can't remember his name. He was professional, concise, appropriate. He was also warm and personable. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy and was comfortable with the fact that I neither needed nor wanted the "entire sales spiel" and was willing to get down to business of talking numbers. The window he sold me came in $500 LESS than the other firm I had contacted (Champion windows). The installers were great. They arrived early in the appointment window, went right to work, put down drop clothes both inside and outside, and got the job done. They did not dawdle. they explained everything they were doing. They took the time to explain how the window worked - how it could pop out for cleaning and where the built in stop was located. I am very happy with my new window and will recommend Window World to my friends. They will also be my "go to" for future window projects.
