The cleaning went well. What angered me was the dentist yakking with someone in the next cubicle about non-dental matters. I was on my lunch break, so time was important to me. He knew I was waiting.

It was excellent. They actually gave him Novocain and it didn't bother him at all, and it normally does.

The dentist said I needed a second root canal on a tooth. The first was performed on this tooth 35 yrs ago. Not experiencing any pain or discomfort. The other tooth, I found out, had died and my body had closed the root canal on its own. The second opinion, showed the first root canal still in tact. No reason, no way to do a root canal, as there was an implant for a root on this tooth. As it turned out, I got my front teeth fixed, to perfection, and for half the price. Would definitely recommend seeking a second opinion. Oh, you will have to pay to get your xrays to take to the second dentist.
