Royal's Heating and Air really stood out from their competition. My A/C had gone out and my (Goodman) furnace was also having large repairs, so I did a thorough search for a good firm to replace them. I looked at Yelp, Angie's List and Consumer Reports to get my information. I got a wide range of prices, equipment recommendations, and responsiveness, but it finally came down to Royal's and another top-rated firm from Angie's List. When the bids came in Royal's was significantly less even though Royal's does not participate in the XCEL rebate program. Plus, Joe had given me the assurance that he would do the installation himself, so the decision was easy. What I like about Royal's was 1) They proposed equipment (Trane) that had gotten good reviews at Consumer Reports. The same was true for the other firm from Angie's List. However, the top-rated firm from Yelp was proposing Goodman, which is a definite bad choice based on my past experience with my old furnace. I would be careful with Yelp ratings in Denver area for heating and A/C because it really looks to me that it's ratings may have been badly biased somehow. 2) Joe Royal took the time to explain everything to me, and his answers made good sense. The other top firm on Angie's List also did very well on this. 3) Joe and his assistant were on time, polite, and fastidious in cleaning up. 4) Joe and his assistant paid attention to all the little details that service companies often overlook. I examined their work pretty carefully and could find nothing sloppy about it. I would definitely recommend these guys if you ever need heating or A/C work done!

Exceptional. Joe Royal is a craftsman. His attention to detail along with giving me a very good deal was truly outstanding. This is the type of service you want to use, not a huge company with a fleet of trucks. Finding someone who is experienced and knowledgeable is far better for the long term. I feel this new A/C and the quality of the work will definitely add value to my house. He's also very easy to talk with and offered several different solutions for me to choose from. Then he performed the work on the day we scheduled it, no problems.

Joe was pleasant but business like. He explained everything he did and at the end of the work clearly explained all charges. I wouldn't hesitate to use Royal's Heating and Air again and would recommend them to others.

Joe's quote for a Trane furnace and air conditioner was considerably lower than the other two we received for Lennox. Knowing that Trane is also a good brand, we contracted with Joe for the work. We were also impressed that Joe came to meet us and give us the quote instead of a big company sales person. We like meeting the people who will actually do the work before we make our decision. Joe did a fantastic job, did exactly what he said he would do, and left the work area spotless when he was done. We love our new furnace and air conditioner. I waited two years to post so I could tell everyone how satisfied we are with the Trane products and the installation and professionalism of Joe Royal. I would highly recommend Joe for any heating and air conditioning installation or repair.

The tech, Joe, showed up on time. I had just bought this house and though I had a swamp cooler. Turns out, I have an attic fan so he serviced that for me. He also gave me an estimate for central air. He took the time to look at the existing electrical lines for me. The estimate for a 4 ton unit was really reasonable.

Royal's Heating and Air is an honest and excellent company to perform your HVAC needs. I made an appointment for a service call that was within 24 hours from my phone call. My heater blower was pulling too much amperage, so Royal's replaced the blower with an OEM blower at a reasonable cost with no charge for the service call. They also gave us a heads up that our A/C was in poor condition, as it was the original (14 years old). We talked about replacing the A/C, and a week later it actually broke due to the hot weather. The owner of Royal's, Joe, came out to assess our A/C that day, and went out of his way to schedule a complete A/C replacement the next day. The A/C is working great and I will be using Royal's Heating and Air from now on. Thank you so much Royal's!

Mr. Royal called me to set up my appointment which was awesome... a family run business with real family members. I wish I could remember the name of the person that actually came to my home. He was so knowledgeable, very professional, honest and didn't try to sell me anything. I am going to use Royal's Heating and Air for all furnace and AC maintenance going forward. This is a quality company that you can trust. I was thrilled to have found them on Angie's List.

All great, checked everything out, cleaned things up and did not try to invent problems to sell me stuff. basically gave me some great confidence that my old Air-Con unit is just fine I will have them back in the fall for the furnace checkup for sure Jim

This is my first time using this company. Joe (owner) and a technician came to do the inspection. The job was performed as stated, he and his technician explained what they were doing and what they were looking for. Both people were very personable and professional. No attempts were made to try and sell me any unnecessary equipment. He's a stand up, no bull kind of guy. I appreciated that and will work with him in the future.

Our furnace had a loud buzzing coming from it, sometimes for hours at a time. I bought the $59 service deal on angie's list. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (faulty transformer) and fixed it within an hour. Would use again!

Ray was AMAZING. They returned my call within an hour and sent ray and he was here 45 minutes after I hung up the phone. I was so impressed with their responsiveness, kindness, price and fairness. They earned a loyal customer.

He got everything up and ready and was very polite about my quirks. I asked him to do specific things and he didn't bat an eye, he just did it and got everything squared away. He cleaned the pan better than I usually do. He oiled the drum and got the pads changed out. I am ready for the 80's and 90's now. Great coupon.
