Very happy with the service level and professional attitudes of both Ray and his boss Joe at Royal's Heating and Air. They work hard, service our heating and A/C well, and even found and solved problem with attic A/C unit last year.

Service by Ray was quite good. He came out for a tune-up in October and mentioned the draft inducer motor was failing. He suggested I do nothing for as long as possible. Unfortunately, the motor became quite noisy and I had him out three weeks later. His service and professionalism were excellent. However, this was a pricey repair. Part was may be $125-150, labor about $400 for a one-hour job. I understand there is overhead and travel time, but this seems too much.

Royal heating and air is our go to company for heating and cooling issues. In addition to being helpful and responsive, their prices are fair. I never have a problem getting and appointment and when our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave, they worked extra hard to get it fixed ASAP. I have worked with other companies in the past that were not as considerate or quick with their response. Royal heating and air can help with any problem in the most fair and trustworthy manner.

An old Swamp Cooler in our home had not been used or serviced in over a year. Ray did a great job helping us have it inspected and started for the first time. He made some minor valve repairs and got us up and going in no time. He was extremely professional, courteous, and transparent about any concerns he had going forward and was very informative. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone and will lean on them again for future needs.

Tech was nice, but seemed to be mostly guessing. Pushed furnace replacement right off the bat, before even looking at AC (what I specifically called them for). Suggested equipment was grossly oversized, bid was not competitive. Worst part about the charged for the estimate, and did so without notifying me up front (this is bad business, guys). No thanks.

Ray Borja arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part, fixed the problem - all in less than an hour. Great service. $75 for the visit, plus $75 for the part.

The technician arrived on time, but when he started to check the furnace found that it was not producing any CO2, which was good, but it cycles on and off every few minutes, which happens with old er furnaces, so he wasn't able to tune it up. That was the end of the service.
