Ray did a fine job. I had attempted to self diagnose the problem so they could have the part on hand. Ended up being some thing else because after part was replaced furnace still did not work. Furnace was 20+ years old and several have been replaced in the neighborhood so decided to replace instead of have issues in the future. Royal did a professional job and I will most likely be having them come out to look at the AC unit real soon.

Joe Royal ,and his team, were a pleasure to work with -- knowledgeable, competent and professional. As a retired Facility Manager I have worked with many, many HVAC service providers and I can assure you it is very difficult to find one that is honest , customer oriented and performs quality work. Royal Heating and Air is all of those things and for those reasons I highly recommend them for any HVAC work that you wish to have done at your home.

He stayed late to fix the furnace, as well as drove through rush hour to get the part.

Joe's customer service and caring went above and beyond my expectations. He installed a top quality furnace and air conditioner in my elderly mother's house for a competitive price. Prior to the installation I thought my mother's house was drafty- there were cold spots. But with the new Trane furnace the house is thoroughly heated. Joe also installed a new Trane air conditioner. He is going to come back in the spring to ensure it is properly functioning, at no additional cost. His immediate follow up on a completely unrelated issue demonstrates his genuine commitment to helping any of his customers in any way possible.

Ray showed up on time to check on my furnace and was very frank about my situation. I needed a new furnace but i didnt have the cash for one. I put 1000 dollars down and they are working with me for the rest. for 3100 i got a Brand New Trane furnace( nothing beats a Trane) installed and my house has never been warmer. I really would like to thank those guys for help us out and keeping my family warm this winter. Would I recommend these guys? YES over and over again. YES.

The service was good. It turned out well. They were responsive and there was an issue with the swamp cooler and they did not charge anything additional to come back out a second time. They came out twice because they could not do it correctly the first time so they came back out and fix it.

Royal was very responsive, made two trips that day, found scarce part and made sure heater was working well before he left.

These guys are the real deal - punctual, courteous, and reasonably priced. Our furnace is an old, but still working well so we appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell us a newer model. We'd definitely consider them a preferred vendor! Thanks!

They are great. The cooler is in a difficult to get to location, but they come prepared with all equipment and right sized ladders. They are prompt and professional. I wish everyone conducted themselves like Royal's does.

He was able to come that day, December 31! He came and did the work while I was having a procedure done at the hospital. My teenaged kids were there, and they thought that it went well. Of course, they were freezing! I was very happy.

Really well, the tech did a number of tests on the performance of the furnace/blower and cleaned it up.

They came in early and performed all the work quickly and efficiently.

It didn't work properly so we had to call them again. This was a $59 big deal purchase. It was $157. The price for the second time was expensive. I think it was an expensive price. They could have charged me more reasonable.

Repaired our AC that someone else installed that started leaking and wouldn't cool our house. I know most people don't like to follow others work but they just wanted to take care of us in which they did.

Guys figured out the problem and replaced motherboard.

Ray was my technician. He was on time and performed the inspection that was described in the Angie's List special deal that I bought. He replaced my filter and pointed out some signs of wear on the furnace motor. He was friendly and informative and I was pleased with the visit.
