Joe called when he was on his way and was on-time. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. We will definitely use him again in the future.

When I woke up Saturday morning my heat would not come on. I called two services and Joe called right back, I have yet to hear from the other company but they are on Angies List. Joe was willing to come out same day but I had to work so he agreed to work on Sunday. Joe showed up Sunday morning, diagnosed the issue, had the part on his truck and made the repair. The work was done is less than an hour at what I thought was a fair price for a Sunday trip.

Got furnace working perfectly in a few minutes. Homed in on the problem with ease. Previous serviceman said only problem was dirty filter. Filter has always been clean. This was like a miracle. Have not had reliable heating for quite a while

i thought i might need a new furnace because mine is 25yrs old,He told me it was still in good condition and show me how to put my filter in the right way.i really am happy with him and will always use him and will recommend him to all my friends

I don't know if I can say enough good things about Joe. I took a LOT of bids and I learned a ton about furnaces. Joe was my last bid, he was honest, answered all my questions and did not try and oversell. I did research everyday on different products that were introduced to me. I had another guy who was wonderful that told me about Two stage gas valve furnaces with variable speed fans, but only in a 95% efficiency which was quite expensive. No one else ever introduced a two stage gas valve with variable speed fan in an 80% efficiency, so since I had all ready done research on the 95% furnace mentioned above I was really excited to research this product. The furnace is a carrier product and everything I read said this is the way to go. When my husband came back to town he agreed. Joe's price was very good and in the ball park for single stage regular furnace. The Air conditioning coil was more expensive than other quotes, but I was so sold on the furnace I didn't care. Also we didn't know for sure if we were going to have to change the coil for sure or not, but Joe saved the Freon when taking everything apart and after we looked at it, it was pretty rusted and dirty, Joe was going to clean it up if that is the way we wanted to go and put everything back together. We decided to put the new coil in so everything was cleaned up. Joe brought everything up to code (this is an older home built in the 70's, and the furnace was the original) He was very clean and efficient and just a nice guy!! I loved him. He absolutely checked everything out and there was even a problem with some vents to the living room that he fixed!! We had the inspections yesterday and everything pasted with better than flying colors!! Joe did and absolutely fabulous job and we will definitely be using him for all our AC/Heating needs.

Extremely responsive. Called and came out the same day, which was a huge help for our project. Other larger companies offered a 2-3 week wait just to get an estimate on a very straightforward project like this (Builders and Applewood). The other quotes I got were $1200, $800, (crazy rip offs, both large a/c companies) and $250 from another reasonable smaller company. He came in the best price with the 50$ off via Angie's list. He is an experienced tradesman that is staring up his own company. I believe he can offer better service and prices than the big name companies. I appreciate that the same person that you talk to and gives you a quote will be the one performing the work. I will use him for all our projects in the future.

Joe was careful, helpful, and polite. He presented himself very professionally. He actually saved me money - I thought I'd have to install a new outlet, and he pointed out that there was a spare outlet that worked fine.

The owner of the company personally came to my house and fixed my air conditioner within 2 hours of calling the company! He was professional and I could tell he was trustworthy. He fixed my AC for a fair price. Thanks! If I ever need heating or AC help I will be sure to call Royal's Heating and Air!
