He spent over an hour with me going through options and giving me honest answers to my questions. He finalized a quote for replacement of both my furnace and AC unit and the estimate was very competitive to others I have received.

I started off very impressed when I called to schedule service. I called first thing on a Friday, and he answered it 45 minutes before he was even open for business for the day. Even though he was booked for the day, he still made room to come out on the same day. That alone is worth praise considering it's a day before the weekend and the week has been hot, and the weekend does not look like it is going to get any better.To make things even better, he called to ask if it would be okay if he were to stop by 1 hour early since he was running ahead of schedule. He spent about an hour looking things over making sure everything was in order, and when he left, everything was working great again.Thank you Joseph for being there in a pinch. I will be having you take care of all our HVAC needs.

Joe and his helper arrived on time, checked the AC problem, and determined that the AC fan was no longer working, confirming what we thought the problem was. He installed a new fan and checked to make sure the AC was running correctly. Both Joe and his helper were very professional and nondistriptive to our family. It took about an hour and a half from start to finish. We had additional questions about whole house fans and Joe very patiently explained our options and gave us his recommendations. Joe and his helper were very comfortable to deal with and I will definitely use him again. He has a spring and fall AC/furnace maintenance plan that I am going to use also. We are very pleased with this Angie's List vendor!!

Joe and Pete arrived on time and worked 7 hours straight to complete the installation of my new air conditioner. He explained what he was doing and asked me where I wanted my unit placed. Joe coordinated with the electrician and he came on time and finished in no time. Pete sealed all of my duct's with a duct sealer too.I am very happy with the work they did and my air conditioner is running great! Thanks Joe and Pete.

It was a Saturday appointment which I was able to schedule two days ago. He had gotten to the area of my house early. He called and asked if it would be OK to arrive early which was an absolute yes! He is the owner of the business, very meticulous and picky about the quality of whatever he did. He did NOT do what so many others do by recommending this that and the other thing that I would not need or want. He will be the one to replace my A/C and water heater when the time comes. He mentioned that his business boomed since getting on Angieslist. I can see why. I read nothing than good things about him there and I received great service and a great price for a weekend job. I absolutely trust him and will continue calling on him!

He noted that our heater was turned down to 1; when the norm is 3. He explained that having the heater at 1 is used when you've got a duct system that isn't a straight shot up into the house. Our system doesn't have many bends; and so after he checked that out, he reset the heater to 3. He explained what happens when it's set to 1 and why that wastes more gas. We really appreciate him informing us on this so that our gas bill may decrease now that he tuned that system up.In terms of our a/c and with the warm weather coming this Summer, we really wanted to ensure that the system was working properly. There were absolutely no problems with our a/c and all is well. He's a fantastic guy who really is dedicated to ensuring the customer is happy; so give them a call!

The service was great and everything went well. The owner of the company was nice, punctual, and professional.

They were fine. He did a good job. He did all the tests, and he explained everything to me. I appreciated that. He was quick, he was efficient, and he wasn't here very long. We have not used them before.

Royal's Heating and Air were great. I have been proactive at getting things done. I had my water heater checked with one deal and then the furnace then we got busy and hired a plumber. They were on time. The just checked the furnace, we didn't have any fixing to do. They set it up, came on time and told me they did everything they were supposed to do. Maybe I will use them again but I always compare.

It went very well. Provider fit my job in between other jobs which was much appreciated. Located the faulty ignitor quickly. Explained what he was doing and how things work. Charged me a fair price. I was very happy with service. And will use them again. The service provider was very concerned with safety and at his recommendation I have purchased an additional CO detector from my local hardware store. I feel comfortable with the service tech and felt he was very professional.

I was so impressed with Joes' work that I decided to discuss the condition of my furnace with him. On his recommendation, I decided to replace my furnace and AC unit and add a humidifier. Again Joe was prompt, professional, explained everything he was doing and his rates were very reasonable. I will continue to use him for the necessary furnace and AC checks. I would recommend him very highly.

The service turned out well. The scheduling was done pretty quickly. The gentleman did a great job and he was professional.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday night. We called Joe around 9pm and he came in 30 minutes. He identified the problem and changed the broken igniter. He was very professional and answered all our questions about furnace and water heater.

I just paid for the price of the big deal and the service was very good. The guy is trying to start his own company and he is very conscientious. I would recommend him.

He was able to get it working when he was at my home and then it was windy after that and the pilot light went out. The gas fireplace will not relight and I need to call him back. He seemed very nice and he seemed to know what he was doing.

The guy was great and he was knowledgeable. Our fireplace actually works like a fireplace now that he has provided service.

The service was very good, everything was wonderful. The young man went beyond what he had to do. He gave good advice on services needed including a chimney sweep and he was very thorough. He is a good person that did a great job. He came on time and he called ahead of schedule. He was at our home for an hour and he did not sell me unneeded services. He put fabric on the floor and vacuumed up after himself as well.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was fine. They showed up promptly. They called me after I bought the coupon to set up a time to get it done rather than me trying to set up a time with them or hopefully hear from them. So they are responsive and got on it pretty quick.

It went fabulous. The guy was great. He did a great job. He showed up right on time. He called up first. He did everything. He was great. I was really happy with him. He was probably here for two hours. It seemed like the fireplace was just put in. It was a great deal. I would use him again in the future.

Was extremely quick to return my call even on a Saturday! He was willing to come fix the furnace the same day since the house was slowly getting colder and it was supposed to be a really cold night. He arrived in the timeframe he gave, diagnosed the issue with the furnace and had it working in a short amount of time. We are lucky to have found his number and will definitely be using Royal's in the future.

He corrected our burn pattern that was very unbalanced. Cleaned all burners and rearranged synthetic coals for more pleasing burn pattern.

I felt the provider was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. I was a little surprised about the cost of the additional parts I needed to service my furnace. I went along with the estimate because I didn't really know anything about furnaces. I realize providers have a lot of other costs they incur not just the actual cost of a part.
