Royal's Heating & Air

Joe came in and did a great job inspecting, cleaning and, getting my AC back to working efficiently. He was pleasant and gave me tips for keeping it in good running condition. I will use Royal's Heating and Air again in the future.

We are new to Colorado and based on reviews, contacted Royal Heating and Air for our annual AC and heater tune-up. Joe (a different Joe) was on-time, knowledgeable, courteous, neat, easy to work with, and efficient. Based on what we learned from Joe, we are considering adding a supply vent to our master bedroom. When we do, Royal Heating and Air will be our first call! Thank you Joe.

They did a good job. They arrived only a little late and serviced the unit and certified it.

The service call went very well, we are very pleased with the service.. The service person Joe, checked the furnace wiring, the blower and the filter, he also cleaned the air conditioner, it is working beautifully , we will absolutely use this service again

Tried calling for an appointment and got the answering service. Went to leave a message and the mailbox was full. That should be emptied out at the end of everyday so new calls can come in.

Joe responded the same day of me purchasing his swamp cooler start up offer. Showed up right on time the day of the appt. Was quick to get my system up and running and explained everything that he was doing along the way to me. Very happy with the service.

Very well. The tech was thorough and explained things to me. Gave me recommendations on how often I should change the filters and what to look for on the unit to prevent loss of efficiency.

I had some trouble making an appointment; on at least 2 different occasions I left a message and didn't hear back. On the day I finally met the technician he said he would get back to me early the next week with a quote. I contact them four times since then but still haven't received a quote.

Joe came out to our house and inspected the furnace. It was having a hard time staying on and it was cold outside. Joe cleaned the jets and various other items in the furnace. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I will use Royal Heating and recommend them to anyone that asks.

Joe showed up right on time, no waiting around for hours. He was polite, friendly, and had the heart of a teacher - he explained all of the steps he was taking and what he was looking for. Even though my furnace is 25 years old, he didn't immediately try to sell me a new furnace, something I greatly appreciated, and instead gave me tips and tricks to make the furnace last just a bit longer. I will absolutely be working with him when I am ready to replace it.

He showed up on time checked my Boiler and heating system also checked my gas fire place and adjusted it for no extra charge. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again for any of my plumbing/heating requirements in the future.

Joe Royal came initially to provide an annual furnace tune up. During the inspection he found high carbon monoxide levels. Using a video camera, he found cracks in our 28 year old furnace. Without resorting to pressure or scare tactics, he made the case that our old furnace should be replaced, and recommended a high efficiency Bryant furnace. Joe and his assistant arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. as promised, replaced our old inefficient unit, installed our new one and vacuumed our home, leaving no trace that they had been working there for four hours. They even supplied and installed a new thermostat control center at no additional charge. We are pleased with Royal's honesty, integrity, the quality of their work and the discounted price that they offered us.

Joe was professional and excellent to work with. Job took a bit longer than he planned due to some issues with his helper but he finished as soon as he could and we were very impressed.

Joe Royal has been wonderful to work with on this project. We had to have our furnace and AC completely replaced and Joe was great about discussing options. The previous furnace and AC had been installed with inferior fuse set up (not to code), and ridiculous pipe and hose hanging from the ceiling. The coil casing had melted and cracked and water began pouring into the furnace from the AC! Joe came to the house for the estimate and he answered my questions and spent a long time checking the existing system to see if any of it was worth saving. (As I suspected, the whole system was bad and needed to be removed.) Joe and his assistant Pete arrived promptly, and spent the next two days removing the mess that prior contractors had left us with; installing the new furnace and AC; and installing a humidifier. He and Pete installed new pipes and everything so that it will be easy to finish the basement. Joe showed me how to change the filters on the furnace and the humidifier and taught me how to program the thermostat. His quality of work is superior. He is very professional and I trust him. His bid was excellent and he never tried to upsell me on products I didn't need. He and Pete were delightful. The entire experience was great. I will recommend Royal's to all of my friends! (Our previous plumbing/heating company tried to convince me that I should use part of the old AC and pay their electrician to wire the system so that the two units R-22 and R-410A could work together! They gave us a quote that was nearly double what Joe charged. Thank goodness I called Joe!)

Joe performed a very thorough inspection of the functions and safety of my furnace. He cemented the pvc condensation drain pipe that the furnace installer had failed to cement (and which had a drop of water hanging on the bottom). He checked not only the condition and operation of the furnace and thermostat, but for any carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks - including the gas pipe to my water heater. Joe also provided excellent education and advice about my system. Joe is what I look for in all my contractors - honest, fair, and caring - about his work and his customers. I will definitely use Joe for all my heating needs.

The was an Angie's List deal. All services were provided as advertised. Joe was very friendly, personable and professional. A little late arriving but only 15 minutes so no big deal. I had many questions during the inspection and he answered them all. I would hire him again.

Joe, the owner came on time and showed and explained everything he did in detail. In the 16 years I have lived in this house no one has ever done such a thorough inspection. He pointed out things I had never been told I needed to do. He was very helpful and I won't hesitate to use his company again.

Very good and thorough job on the furnace. He also fixed a leak in the air conditioner drainage system while he was there for no charge. Will call Joe again!

Excellent service. Joe came out same day (it was an emergency situation) and he called me from the store to let me know how much the part was before he came. Very friendly and professional and took care of the problem with no problems. Will definitely use Royal's again.

Joe is a very honest guy and knowledgeable about furnaces. He explains everything about what is going on or not going on about what the problem could be concerning your furnace. Joe went through and checked everything that needed to be checked including the thermostat and tightened all the wire electrical connections. When he turned it back on it worked fine then. He says sometimes that happens and we will just have to wait and see if the problem happens again. Hopefully, it was just a loose connection that needed to be tightened. I just turned the furnace on again and it seems to be working fine. I very much recommend Royal's Heating and Air for your furnace needs.

Joe did an outstanding job! My furnace blower fan would only stay on for a couple minutes before turning off. Joe determined that the motor was overheating and shutting down and it needed to be replaced. He was able to replace the fan with an OEM part for my furnace. The service was fast and his price was exactly as quoted. He also checked out my furnace for any possible issues, cleaned it out, changed my filter, and inspected my AC compressor and pointed out some things I should clean and watch for. Besides all that, he also found an unrelated water leak in my crawl space that I didn't know about which probably saved me from future headaches. Joe did a thorough job and was very honest about what needed to be done. His price was very competitive and I will definitely use him again. I'll recommend Royal's Heating and Air to everyone.
