Description of Work: I had purchased my own humidifier equipment and wanted to get it installed . Joseph was very professional on the phone?,he gave me an estimate over the phone , I agreed on the pricing ,he took my details and showed up on the scheduled date and time. The work he did was awesome, he is very knowledgeable about the work he does.?He installed the whole home humidifier quickly. I was happy with the work he did hence I referred him to my neighbor who is also in the market to install humidifier. I will definitely recommend him to others for HVAC, furnace &?A/C issues and will hire him again for my own projects. Great Job Joseph!!!

Description of Work: Contacted Joe (the owner) about issues with furnace. ?Set up appointment for later in day due to wife's work schedule (4:30 pm). ?Joe (the installer, different from owner) called and said he could be early if schedule allowed (it didn't). ?Joe said he had to go deal with another "no heat" call and would come after. ?Joe then texted and said he would "do his best" to get there but could be there first thing in the morning - worst case scenario. ?I texted back that I would like the first appointment in morning. ?No response. ?Called phone and went straight to voicemail. ?24 hours after call still nothing. ?A REPUTABLE company just finished install of new furnace today complete with permits. ? Apparently they do not need your business.?

Description of Work: I moved into a house with an older version of a gas fireplace. I had no idea of how to start the fireplace - nor was I sure that it was safe to use. Joe inspected the fireplace, cleaned it and showed me how to use it. It now works great!
