PARKER'S TREE SERVICE

Mr parker has no Honor are Intergerity we had a hand shake deal to trim 9 trees and remove two trees and one stump. They 
finnish up on the 3rd day all but the stump. His foreman came to me and said they were all finnish except for the stump witch he
said they would remove it tomorrow  morning. They never came. We try to contact them several times by phone but they 
never would pick up. We left several message but our calls were never answer. So we were sump by Mr Parker.

I called Parker Tree Service because I had storm damage to two trees.  They said they would come to the house the next day to give an estimate and would call before they came.  They did come, but just came to the house without calling first.  The estimate was reasonable, so we told them to do the job.  They called on Monday saying they would be at the house on Tuesday or Wednesday.  They never did come, or call with an explanation.  On Friday, I called them and told them not to come.  I would not recommend them.

A storm brought down a Bradford pear tree in my yard last night. I called Parker first thing in the morning and talked to the owner who said his crew chief would be by as soon as he got his crew started on a job. I didn't expect it would take much more than an hour. Meanwhile two freelancers knocked on the door to offer to remove the tree. I said thanks but I had somebody coming. I took their cards, fortunately. I called Parker's foreman after two hours and learned he had a tire blowout and had to get that fixed. So the day is wasting and I've cancelled an appointment and a lunch. After lunch, I called the foreman again. He now said he didn't know when he could get here for sure. "We got storm damage all over town. We have get trees off of houses. I'd take the first walk-up who knocks on your door." I replied, "I already turned down two walkups because you said you'd be here. That was four hours ago. If you couldn't get here, you could have said so, and I could have gotten on with my day. Thanks a lot." I called back one of the previous walk-ups who luckily was still in the area.

The trees were removed in very short order, only a couple of days after I placed the call. Larry came out the next week and ground the stumps. Very pleased with the results.
