I have replaced roofing before, so I knew what to expect. Wayne Heacock (owner) exceeded my expectations with great workmanship, timely manner of completion, and cleanup after the job. Only hitch in the entire install was that the shingle company did not deliver the shingles until mid day instead of early morning. Quality of product and work was exemplary.
I can not say that for the siding replacement. I have 4 pieces of siding that have been blown off starting last November to now. I can not get any response from Wayne or from Mike/Michelle at Kirkpatrick Construction to address this.
Please see the review of Kirkpatrick Construction for particulars. I have updated the scores above to reflect overall what was done. Unfortunately, what was a great job has turned into a nightmare. I had rated Wayne A's all, but after reflecting upon the work that was done and the quality that was seen at first to deteriorate to now, I can not give that rating. Please watch closely. I will respond if anything is repaired just in case there is a reason that I can not get in touch with the companies.
