Energy Pro Windows & Siding

Two different people measured the window to make sure they had the right size.  My husband stayed home while they did the work.  The window looks beautiful.  The glass is very clear, there's a screen, and the window stays up when you open it.  They did an excellent job of caulking around it.  I am so happy I am thinking to have them replace other windows in my house.

Energy-Pro did an excellent job.  I was shocked at how efficient and professional they were.  They were true carpenters and the quality of their work was exceptional.  You would not know, even with close inspection, that the windows had been replaced. They look better then the original construction.  It took four days to replace 37 windows, with four guys working from 8:00 to 4:00 each day.  They used my garage to store the windows and tools during the project.  They cleaned up as best they could between each days work.  At the end of the project they cleaned every window and rehung all of the blinds and valances.  The only work left for us was dusting (it was very windy during the day, so we had a lot of dust from outside, not saw dust).  We also had a 1 inch strip of bare wood to paint on the inside of each window, from the extention jam they had to add to each new window.  We were told about this, when we were bidding the project and elected to do this work ourselves.  We also had two windows where they had to replace the inside trim boards, which we had to paint as well.
I talked to several companies before deciding to go with Energy-Pro and I am so glad I did.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in replacing any number of windows.

From the initial phone call to installation, Energy Pro was great!  The crew that put my 24 windows in were professional, diligent, skilled, and had great personalities.  It made the 2 days of having my house invaded easier to tolerate. Energy Pro has always been quick and efficient about coming out and doing little jobs for me regarding my windows.  After the April hail storm, they came out to repair some damage we had around the frames.  Then I called after we sold our house to have a glider track turned (it was backwards and I never knew it) since inspector said it backwards.  Energy Pro was at my house within the hour, turned the track and gone...all within 10 minutes. The windows are perfect and every painter, insurance or home inspector have admired the windows and the work Energy Pro did

They are very professional and are all very nice. They came in and got to work right away. They clean up after themselves and are very fast.

I called and Energy Pro Windows came out within a week. They measured and gave us their quote in short order. We had them order the windows and were pleased to find out they came in sooner then we thought, before the heat of the summer. Three men came to install the windows and had them in in less 6 hours. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use Energy Pro Windows again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our windows look incredible, we can see clearly now.

We had an excellent experience; think the windows and the installation are top drawer.  The turn around time from estimate to completion was earlier than promised.  The estimator came the same day we called.  The windows were remeasured the day after the estimate.  The first four windows were installed before the promised time and the fifth window (installed the next year) was right on time.

I decided to use them because they could do the work in one day. They are good windows; it was not the lowest price by any means. They did quality work and I am happy with them. I will use them again in the future.

Everyone that we worked with from Energy Pro was professional, straight forward and friendly.  We had three Window replacement companies come give estimates to replace 3 windows.  One of the windows was a large glass block window that was over the bathtub in our bathroom, and had cracked and was leaking.  We were not sure if we should replace it with another glass block window or change to an obscured glass.  Sean from Energy Pro was very upfront and honest that the glass blocks do not last as long and have a limited warranty, even though it's a more expensive product.  We chose to go with Energy Pro because their products were of high quality, their costs were competitive, and their staff are employed all year round.  Dave came out to remeasure the windows from the original estimate to make sure they are measured correctly, and then ordered the windows.  When the windows were ready, they called to schedule a day to come out to install them.

Two guys came out on the scheduled day to install the windows.  They were running about 15 mins late due to traffic (several accidents that morning), but they called before the scheduled time they were supposed to be here to let me know they were running late.  The installers were very professional and clean.  They put down drop clothes to help eliminate any mess they may make, and cleaned up after they were finished.  Even though they got started a little late, they still completed the job by the time they had originally estimated. 

The windows look great, and are much more energy efficient compared to the original windows.  We have been very pleased with the windows and Energy Pro, and will plan to use them again when we decide to replace more windows.

We got three bids - Window World, Cornerstone Home Improvement and Energy Pro. Everyone was nice and professional during the bidding process, but Energy Pro was the only company to bring out a binder showing how they work on metal tear out windows. Both windows we ordered were custom and took a little longer to get than anticipated - I had to call and check on my order status (my only complaint). The delay was at the factory side, so not much they could do to expidite that. When our windows came in, they called to fit our installation into an opening in their schedule and the actual installation only took a couple hours. My tenants love the windows and we are very pleased with the quality. All the folks at EnergyPro are very nice to work with, which is an added bonus.

Wow, loved this company. Just like their commercials, they don't just talk the talk but pride themselves on customer service AND DELIVER. Felt like dealing with an old friend. From Sean-the sales person, to the office staff, to installers...these guys are really great. I could call any time with questions or changes and someone would be there to help. I researched a TON of window types and companies and originally was dead set again vinyl and inserts until I talked to this company. Their Sunrise windows are great, so well made and guaranteed!! All the other companies have so many add-ons for everything. This company's standard practice is to fix wood as needed and cap the outside, all included IN the price. I was having my house painted as well so their extra work allowed me to save money on painting that would have had to be done.

I'm so happy I can now tip in and clean my windows, they look great and the workmanship on all levels (INSIDE & OUT) was top notch! My old, drafty triple tracks are bye bye and good riddance! Can't wait to see my energy bill savings! GREAT COMPANY/GREAT PRODUCT, highly recommend them on every level.

It went very well.  The installation was done well.  We noticed a small crack in the corner of one of the windows three days after it was installed.  They came out and swapped it out right away without any hassle.  They definitely stand behind their product.
