They have an enclosed glassed in area with leather sofas, a fireplace and another office area with food. When they service your vehicles they call you in a couple days to follow up with you. Their facility and the technical help you receive is outstanding. They take great care of you, wash your vehicle and give you a loaner if you need one. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They are very good. The shop is like a palace. You don't ever see or talk to a mechanic. You talk to a service representative. It is costly. We had a 50,000 mile warranty on the car so I was determined to take it there at least through the 50,000 miles because I didn't want anybody coming back at me if I had an issue saying well you didn't get the right oil or you didn't have the right mechanic look at it. But at the first opportunity, like the next one, I will take it somewhere else. I am just not going to pay $250 for an oil change. They are really good, I really have nothing negative to say about them.
