Our washer had developed a problem so that it would no longer run through a complete cycle. It's an older machine, about 10 years old. We thought the problem might not be able to be fixed. Doyle Patton, who we had never used before, came out within two days of our call. The technician diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly. He was very professional, punctual and helpful. While he was here he fixed a minor problem we'd be having with our dryer as well. I would highly recommend them, and we plan to use Doyle Patton for appliance repair in the future.

We have used this company for about 30 years. We have always been pleased or we wouldn’t have continued to use them.

I called mid afternoon on a Saturday when the dryer broke and they were involved in a large project that afternoon and did not feel they would complete it early enough to make it to my house that day so it was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. I was very happy with the quality of their work - professionalism, cleanliness, etc. and asked for an extra business card to give to my mother so she would know who to call if she needed similar repairs.

Great experience! Mr. Patton very promptly returned my initial call and set up an appt. The serviceman arrived on time, was professional and neat.

The repair lasted about 1 year, then the belt fell off again. When we called them, they said the repair only had a 90-day warranty and that we would have to pay the same amount again to have it fixed. For the amount we spent, we feel such a short warranty is unacceptable. We won't be using this company again.

I called, left a message. Mr. Patton called me back personally and was very flexible regarding schedule. We worked out a time for him to come, and he called me within 20 minutes of that time, and came over as promised. Mr. Patton was courteous, competent, and did a fantastic job. I am catching up on laundry as I write this!

I called on Wednesday and was able to schedule a time for 2 days later. The repair person arrived on time, was courteous and fixed the dishwasher within an hour.

They were prompt did the work and did the work at a reasonable price.

It wasn't a big job but they were good. My wife worked with the guy. I can't be too specific as I wasn't there. He came and looked at the shelf and said he could replace it. He came over and replaced it. He came very quickly and was very responsive.

I wasn't here but it was fine. The price was fair.

They will usually come out that day or the next day. They are so honest and polite. They are also conscientious. I can’t praise he and his two son’s enough. I have several members of my family that use them. They are just awesome.

We are very comfortable having them in our home and their prices are reasonable. They are competent and try to find efficient ways to deal with problems. Their work is of high quality and I would recommend them.

Both times they came at the appointed time. They were professional. Second time for the stove, Mr. Patton actually came out himself to help identify a problem with our Kenmore stove. They weren't able to fix it but didn't charge us extra for the time they took to figure it out.

I called them and they called me back pretty soon. I think that the price was pretty reasonable. It was a good experience. They were personable and courteous. They looked professional and they were friendly.

I called the company on a Monday morning and they accommodated my need to have a repair person at my house after 4:00. After an inspection of the dryer it was determined a new motor was needed and a part was needed to be ordered. The part was ordered on Tuesday and they were back out Wednesday, again after 4:00 as needed, to install the new motor.

I called around 1:00pm and they called back and said someone could be there later in the afternoon. Wayne, who was the technician, called and said he would be there around 3 o'clock. He came just before 3:00 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 30 to 40 minutes.

The company was honest in explaining the situation. They replaced the compressor, but if it still didn't work properly they would recommend getting a new one since the cost of a new motor would be high. Luckily the compressor repair worked and the refrigerator is working well. I appreciated their frankness and that they took the time to keep me informed of their progress.

They were very prompt and bruce was a nice guy.

He made sure I was safe when I had water leaking through a light to make sure I was not electrocuted. He came out right away.

I called the service company to look at the washing machine and icemaker. They replaced a broken valve on the washing machine. I chose not to repair the icemaker since the refrigerator has other technical problems and chose not to spend the money. I have used this company before, and they have always been honest about whether or not it is worthwhile to spend the money on a repair.

MY INITIAL CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY WAS NOT VERY GOOD ON THE PHONE, BUT WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD CALL SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE I NEEDED SOMEONE THAT DAY THEY PUT A SERVICE PERSON ON THE PHONE AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE OVER IN 1 HOUR. HE ARRIVED BEFORE THE FULL HOUR AND WAS VERY NICE. HE CALLED THE NEXT MORNING TO BE SURE THERE WERE NO OTHER PROBLEMS AND HAD TOLD ME IF THERE WERE OTHER PROBLEMS THEY WOULD RETURN WITH NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CALL FEES. I WILL CONSIDER THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS.

WE DECIDED TO REPLACE IT SO THE $50 IS FOR THE SERVICE CALL, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT TO KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG AND THAT IT WASN'T WORTH FIXING. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

CALLED ON MONDAY MORNING AND HE WAS AT MY HOUSE ON TUESDAY MORNING. CAME PREPARED WITH THE PROPER PARTS AND CHARGED LESS THAN THE GE SERVICE BOOK CALLED FOR.
