Excellent. He replaced the On/Off switch and then checked the vacuum cleaner for other needed service or parts replacement. Replaced belt, an interior filter, and the bulb in the 15 year old vacuum cleaner.

It went great.  I already recommended them to people.  They are courteous, friendly, quick and reasonable.

It was such a simple problem they fixed it almost for free on the spot.

I dropped the vacuum off Wed afternoon. He said he would see what he could do. By 4:30 he called to say it was fixed at a charge of $31.  I picked it up the next day - like new.  Did a great job.

I would absolutely recommend them to others. They also have great facilities and have been going to them for the past 31 years.

In general I do my shopping online after extensive research. In this particular instance I needed to look at the vacuum before I bought it. I noticed that Harold didn't try to up-sell me a higher priced model. He recommended that I get the cheapest model they had because with all hardwood floor that is what I needed and it happens to be the lightest vacuum, easy to use it on the stairs etc. I asked Harold if he would match my internet price. Not only did he match it he beat it and gave me an extra brush (which I used everyday) and a pack of vacuum bags. Still using it after a year. The product he sells is outstanding - the best in the market, especially for the Lead-filled Saint Louis as it is a sealed true Hepa system which removes lead particles and dust mites and doesn't recirculate it. When my mom was visiting she bought a unit from him as well. He shipped it to her at a very competitive rate to Texas. One of the part arrived broken and he was very quick in its replacement. Honest businessman.

The belt in my vacuum cleaner head broke so I stopped by the store to see if they could replace it. He took it in the back and in a matter of minutes had it replaced with an extra belt that was on the attached...At no charge! Very nice of him to do. Would definitely go back there.

AFTER ONE WEEK, THIS GENTLEMAN CALLED AND SAID ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW HOSE, WHICH WOULD COST $90 FOR A NEW ONE, OR HE HAD A USED ONE THERE FOR $25. I COULD NOT SEE THAT A NEW HOSE WOULD HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE POWER HEAD, SO WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD JUST PICK IT UP.

HE'S PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HE TAKES CARE OF US LITERALLY ON THE SPOT. HE IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH.
