In looking for information only on how to replace or repair my bedrails for an antique bed, STL Beds popped up on the internet search. I read the article, looked at the price and ordered. The next day I received a call to make sure I make the template to slip into the headboard slit. Then as another measure of precaution they had me measure the distance between the slats on the head board to make sure the crosswire would work. When they were satisfied with results the order was pushed through. I received the order 2 weeks later, due to bad weather down south. I could not be happier with product. After reading the reviews, I am looking forward to ordering a mattress.

We had an excellent experience. Joe, Doug, Phil, and David were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The mattress was pricey, but probably not available anywhere else.

Great! I went in to their store to buy a new mattress and the staff was very knowledgeable and low pressure, I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new mattress.

We walked into STL Beds on March 30 and had our mattress on April 2. The owner's son, Doug, waited on us and he was great. This is a family owned and operated business, and by the time we left the store, we felt like family. I had been to a chain mattress store the week before and felt like I was being over sold. They had all of these great promises, and all of these expensive things to add on to your sale to make those promises good. Doug laid it all out for us and helped us find what we wanted and needed as opposed to what he wanted to sell us. He was great at answering all of our questions and was so knowledgeable. We asked him if we needed to buy some of the add ons that the other place had recommended and he said those things are helpful in the extended life of the mattress, and that we could buy much less expensive ones at most home goods stores. We walked out feeling good about our purchase. We set up delivery with him and he personally delivered it. My husband said that he would be happy to help carry it in the house and carry the old one out, so that he wouldn't have to bring an extra person. He arrived on time and in very little time, the new mattress and box springs were in and the old one was out, with no extra charge. I would recommend STL Beds to anyone who wants good selection, good prices and great customer service.

They think outside of the box springs. Offering products that are a little different from most routine mattress stores, they're able to fill some unique needs. Organic mattresses, plus sizes, types that are double-sided for extended life, special waterbeds, etc -- their interest is quality and what will make the customer happy in the long run. The customer service is wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was genuine and friendly, educated about the industry and ready to help. They assisted in such a way that the shopping and buying process was easy and a pleasure. Might sound cliche but you really can sleep well at night after doing business with STL Beds. Thank you, honest people!

We ordered a spilt box spring for the plus size mattress so that it would easily go up the stairs to the second floor. We did have to wait as it was not in stock. When our beds came in they called to make an appointment. Not a general appointment but a "to the minute" appointment. They actually called to ask if they could come early. They set up both mattress' and since they were running early waited until my waterbed was completely filled. Everyone involved was not only professional but very courteous! We have had the mattress' for approximately 2 months now and the plus size mattress shows now sign of breaking down. Which is a huge step up from any we've purchased in the past.
