Description of Work: They wrapped areas of the house near the roof to prevent future leaks into our house. They saved us from having to get a whole new roof. They even came back and were very good about it, when we did have another leak. We appreciated their honesty.

Description of Work: I called Howard on 7/18m 7/25, and 8/1/2011 for an estimate on a $25,000 roofing job. Each time, I was told that they were about 3 weeks behind. I eventually gave up. They never returned my call.

+ -1 moreIt was different for them listening to a woman telling them what to do through a hole in her roof. They did just what they were supposed to do and did it very professionally. It took them no time to get done with the work and we have no leaks now. They did great work.
Description of Work: They repaired some storm damage to our roof done during a storm this winter. This was an insurance claim.

If they are too busy, then I would appreciate a call from them to let me know they would have to pass on this project. I have not heard from anyone. I find this to be inexcusable and unprofessional. I have gone elsewhere and have another company doing the work.
Description of Work: I called this company in late October to schedule an appointment to have someone come by to give me a bid on roofing my garage. I gave all the information requested of me and was told they were pretty well booked and it would be about 3 weeks before anyone would be able to get with me.

+ 0 moreMike Howard came out to the house, inspected the damaged roof, discussed types of shingles and showed me several colors to choose from (I had already gotten a bid from them). He was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. The following week when I came home from work, a dumpster was in my driveway. The following day work began and in 3 days, the roof was totally replaced. After the work was completed, I saw no trace of debris--no nails, parts of shingles, or wood anywhere around.
Description of Work: Removed 3 layers of existing 22 year old roof, replaced damaged wood from fallen tree. Replaced entire roof on ranch home and hauled away debris. Cleaned gutters.

The workers were all polite and it was a huge relief to have one company who was competent to do such a large scope of work. I totally trusted this company and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Storm damage repair after losing 1/4 of roof. Included: new roof, new insulation on 3 levels, new drywall and paint on 2 levels.
