 + -1 moreVery very good experience. They are very responsive and have taken care of everything that a good manager should. Very professional. They have a network of trusted and efficient contractors to perform fixes. They attended the rental inspection for me (they have a relationship with many of the inspectors) and I believe the inspection went better because they were involved. I totally trust them to protect my house, and thus far the tenant they located has been awesome. They are everything I hoped for in a property manager. You don't need to do or worry about anything with them. I suggest going in to meet with them in person if you can because they are very professional and knowledgeable. They will earn your trust.
Description of Work: 33rd company provides residential (primarily single-family home, townhome, and condo) management for investor/owners. They're not an association manager, they're the people who run your rental property for you. They have been managing my single-family house rental in Minneapolis since November. Their fee breakdown is on their website.
