We had it repaired, and then about 6 weeks later it stopped working again so we had to take it back. The first time they cleaned it out and showed it to me and everything seemed fine. The second time I took it in, they did very minimal repair because it quit working within 24 hours. Patrick was very positive and kind and a really nice guy to work with. They should have replaced the part, we ended up going with another company to get that taken care of because we were out of town. They didn't repair the problem. When the technician showed me what he had done, he was still pulling stuff out of it. They were punctual, they just didn't fix it. Patrick was very professional. I took it in in the morning and they called me about 5 in the afternoon. I asked the tech to show me, and even then he pulled out more dirt from the mice being in there. We would still use them for a bit because we still have a warranty.
