THE ORGANIC CHEF

The first few months were fine, except that the food wasn't spectacular. I thought maybe it was the recipes themselves. Then I began giving feedback, like less spice, exclude ingredients I'm allergic to, etc., but those went unheeded. The taste continued to be poor. I believe it's the cooking, not the recipes, because when I cooked some of the same recipes, they tasted much better. Finally, I called to say we would need one last delivery and then we would be cooking for ourselves. The normal delivery was Friday, she said it would have to be Tuesday. Tuesday she didn't show up. I called Wednesday, Thursday and the following week, leaving messages each time, and she still hasn't shown up or returned my calls. I sent an email and it bounced back. She still has 3 of my cookbooks and many of my vacuum-seal containers, the total value of which is over $200. I find this very unprofessional. I would at least like my items returned, even if she doesn't want to cook once more.
