I am satisfied with their work and they are pleasant to work with. Their prices are fair and they communicated well. I will grade them high on all categories.

They were great! They came when they said they would. They cleared everything. They ground down stumps. They did a spectacular job! They put the wood in a pile for us. It was an easy to manage pile, and it worked great! We got a few other estimates, and their price was the best. He called me back when other companies didn't. He came out when he said he would. He met me at my house. He talked to me about the tree. He gave me options as far as clearing the ground tree stump, or leave it. He was super professional about everything!

First visit from Ryan was extremely projessional. He answered all questions. In addition provided information I might not have considered. The completed work was two weeks later than originally planned due to weather conditions pushing their schedule back. I expected several days' notice but received only a couple hours' notice because they were in the area. The crew appeared to work diligently and removed the tree in only several hours. An incident occurred in which a branch fell on an small porch roof overhang. It appears there is no damage, but will have inspected. Cleanup was thorough. I chose to not have the stump ground at this time.

It was great. He was prompt and did the work. Also worked with Excel Energy because the tree was bouncing off the wires. They were pretty professional guys.

Great. Three workers cut, dragged and chipped a large area of woodland that had not been cleaned up in 15 years. They worked non-stop for several hours until the woodland floor was cleared of dead logs and branches.

Excellent! Ryan himself worked with me, and he and his crew were very professional all the way and didn't try to oversell me. They are knowledgeable and provided options for me. They also charge a fair price, and were excellent at communicating every step of the way. Not to mention their high quality work. I will definitely call the back the next time I need tree work, and I recommend them highly.

We have a large maple in the backyard that was overgrown and the branches were hanging on the electrical and service wires to the house. Provided detailed information during the visit for the estimate. Recommended an aggressive pruning and let us know what to expect. Came during the workday while we were at work. When we came home we would never have suspected that they were even there except for the fact that the tree looked great. The pruning was aggressive, but still kept the basic canopy and shade of the tree. Will definitely use them again.

Ryan was very friendly and professional. He offered a very competitive price. He was able to answer any questions we had. He did a nice job cleaning up after himself.

Ryan looked at my tree and gave me great advice-telling me that it would cost a lot to try to fix it and the chances were high that the tree would die. He recommended spending the money to have the tree removed and replaced-which is a service they do not do. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. I will call him when I do have a tree situation he can take care of.

Ryan came out promptly and gave what I felt was a fair estimate. He made some useful recommendations about our whole property. Though he did not promise a date to complete the project, his crew arrived within a week and did a great job.

It was very good. I wouldn't say above or below, but at market. They were professional. They gave us an estimate and that's what I payed. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished.

Ryan was suggested by my brother. He did an excellent job. He was here when he was supposed be, did what he was suppose to do and cleaned up very well. He also refereed us to a company that would provide tree doctor services.

Ryan came out to look at the tree I wanted trimmed and suggested pruning two others as well. Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very open on scheduling the pruning and I was lucky that Ryan had an opening not long after he assessed the trees. We happened to be on vacation when his crew came so I was not home to watch. We didn't realize they had been to the house until we walked up our front sidewalk and felt the sun shining directly on us. They did a great job on the clean up. When our back yard trees mature a little more, we'll definitely have Ryan come out to do the work. I believe in loyalty to a company when they practice good business.

They did a great job. Prompt to come out for a quote, understood what I wanted, were the lowest priced quote by $200 to $300 (on a $1,200 job). The work was done before the deadline we had agreed. They showed great care for the surrounding property and did a very nice job of clean-up. I definitely recommend them.

They were polite. They worked very quickly and got the work done very fast. They also called and arranged for the electric company to come and disconnect a wire because the tree was close to the line, so I thought that was very thoughtful of them to do that for us.

Ryan was very specific about what his company could/would do. He indicated that he wanted to exceed my expectations and win my business now and in the future. He told me the job would take a 4-5 person crew a day to a day and a half. He pointed out some additional small trees that they could also clean up in nearby areas while they were there. They did a good job of clean up, however I was not too happy with some of the details. All the chips were blown into one area and buried a green plastic boundary fence which could have easily been removed beforehand. An additional small tree was felled, but left where it was. And there was a couple of other minor items I thought could have been handled better. The crew of four was there for five hours. I felt there was plenty of time built into his estimate to have attended to these details. I sent Ryan a letter, he responded, and he returned with his crew to correct the things with which I was dissatisfied. In the end, they did a good job.

Ryan came out to discuss the project the day I called him and got an estimate to me promptly. He is a certified arborist and was able to give good advice. Our plan was to wait until late fall when the trees had dropped their leaves. They came out a week later than originally planned; it was the last day before it snowed! Ryan did the planning and estimating; his brother brought out a crew to do the work. I didn't think his brother was completely aware of some of the tree shaping that Ryan had suggested, but it seems to have turned out OK. They were all very pleasant to work with and cleaned up well.

Great! They completed the job within the time they said they would. In addition, other tree companies would not take the tree limbs with stumps on them because you cannot use a wood chipper on the stumps. Ryan's Tree Care agreed to cut off the stumps and haul them away.

Ryan was very prompt and courteous. He showed up on time for a quote and consultation. He was respectful of the property, neighbors and our small children. He and his team showed up on time, did the work as described and did a great job cleaning up. Overall, a job very well done.

Ryan showed up to give us an estimate exactly when he said he would. He was very personable, even sharing pictures of his first child (as I was holding mine, and we first time parents love to show-off!) He had another client that wanted a large pine tree, so he followed up with him to try to save the tree (and give us a break on the price). Unfortunately, the tree was too large to be moved, so it was cut down. We were told it would be done during a specific week and it was, the tree was removed one day and the stump the next day. You couldn't even tell they were here; nothing was left! Great work!

I had three trees marked by the city of Minnetonka as having Dutch Elm Disease, plus an old dead barkless tree on my property to be removed. Ryan came out within 2 days of contacting him. He was professional in explaining what needed to be done. His estimate was better than others. The job was able to be scheduled on a day requested by me two weeks later, after our vacation. I was concerned because he would have to go through my neighbor's property to take out these trees. No heavy tractors were used. The trees were cut down in pieces and carefully taken out without disturbing my neighbor's yard. Ryan's crew was thorough. They came back a few days later and ground the stumps and spread the stump mulch over the area. It looked as nice as a yard can look after losing beautiful trees. Ryan's estimate and the bill were the same. I would definitely use Ryan's Tree Care again and I would feel comfortable recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

My tree was damaged in a storm on a Sunday -- I left a message that night and called the following morning to a tree service I had used before. They did not respond to me that day -- finally got back to me on Tuesday to say they would be out on Wednesday to give me an estimate. I called Ryan on Wednesday a.m. and he was out at my house that afternoon -- called me back at work to give me his evaluation of situation and also spoke with my neighbor (part of my willow was leaning on the neighbor's tree). I called Thursday after looking at both estimates -- Ryan's was less, but I would have hired him even if it had been more because of the quality of service provided. His company came on Friday and removed tree -- did excellent work.

Excellent service from start to finish. A class act.

Ryan and his team arrived on the promised day and did a good job of trimming the errant branches without going overboard and scalping the poor trees.
