Geyen has been a family name in carpet & upholstery cleaning for over 20 years. Our cleaning experience, techniques, and expertise are utilized to perform the ideal cleaning service for your home, business or properties. Residential Cleaning: We start with a 3 room charge of $85 and $20 per additional room. We generally steam clean with our truck-mounted hot water extraction system. This includes deodorization if desired. Commercial Cleaning: We are able to set up cleaning plans that adhere to carpet manufacturer warranty specifications, if necessary. Our green cleaning methods range from aggressive high-moisture cleaning to low-moisture and dry cleaning (powder cleaning). We also offer upholstery cleaning for your office furniture. Multi-Housing (Apartments, Condos, Town Homes, Rentals): If you're a property manager responsible for managing rented living spaces, Geyen's has an established record with many local management companies and complexes. You have no time to waste when it comes to turnovers or problems... as a member of the MMHA, Geyen's has proven themselves to be ever reliable.
